No restrooms for customers . Employee said they lost key made me go to another store in plaza far walk when I’m 54 years old and told her i had to go really bad ( doing a dance )

First time shopping at this location ordered something online to pick up horrible experience. Give me a broken item with the box open. I proceeded to try to buy other things just to realize I was being profiled being stood over if you’re a black woman or a black person I would suggest never going to this location on Lumsden horrible horrible Horrible they need to do better.😡😡😡😡😡😡 I will never shop at this location again disgusting

They have a lot of cute stuff mostly geared toward teenagers and kids but it's very messy.

If your a Person of color do NOT visit this location I’m almost 100% sure I was being watched due to the fact that as soon as I stepped foot into self checkout the MANGER by the name of Melody approach the area. There was Me & one other women that was there before me that WASNT A BLACK WOMENand she payed her no mind. But Melody decided to approach my checkout stand to pretend as if she was assisting me, Once it prompted me to pay I turned to her because she was literally on my shoulder whilst I was going to type in my Card pin so I asked her Did she need anything else she Answered “No” and proceeded to stand 0 Feet away from me making me feel so uncomfortable so I just stared at her in return then she finally back up a bit. Once I was finished and checkout I handed her the receipt since she watched so hard as if she had doubts that I wouldn't pay, she proceeded to ball it up and do idk with it. I left to shop at another store in the plaza and was so uneasy that I decided to return the item. When I arrived I spoke with another manger who listened to my experience and proceeded to start my refund. Rude nasty attitude Melody then approach to assist and prolonged the price by acting as if she didn’t have a CLUE for about 15 minutes straight where she had placed the receipt with also still displaying her disgusting attitude and rolling her eyes etc ,until she finally dug it from the trash and handed it to the other manger with such a nasty vibe and attitude STILLL and walked off. THIS DOESNT SEEM TO BE THE FIRST TIME SHES DONE SOMETHING OF THIS SORT according to other reviews . And for that reason I will not return to this location !** This is a photo of her watching the other manger search for the receipt in the exact spot she reached down into to get it**
