The Brandon branch is amazing. All the employees greet me by name when I come into the branch. In such a busy town ,going to this branch reminds of a small town!
I wouldn't want to bank anywhere else.

I joined FCCU when we retired and moved from VA to FL in 2013. After 11 years (the last 6 living in SC) I must report that this institution has been remarkably professional in every way possible. Whether dealing directly (face-to-face) with the Brandon office or remotely online the last six years. I HIGHLY recommend this institution to anyone who desires a professional, effecient and straight forward/down to earth financial institution. Better their rates are extremely hard to equal or beat. I have been affiliated with quite a few different banks in my time so far. From personal banking, auto loans, mortgages, personal loans , you name it but I have NEVER and I mean NEVER had such an amazing experience with any bank like I do with Florida Central. I'm kind of at a loss of words at just how simple, easy and personable everything is with them. Jodi is just an absolute blessing to this bank. She is ALWAYS there to answer any questions that I have and she even remembered my name after just one year of having my autos financed here which made me feel super special. I will NEVER and I mean never affiliate with another bank other than them again. I am beyond blessed to be apart of the Florida central family. PS I don't typically leave reviews but I just had to give props where it is due because this here is just a level of customer service that I have never experienced before and it's a wonderful feeling.

Mrs Grace was very professional, patient and helpful. She was able to fix the issues I were experiencing with the new updated banking system. She also updated my accounts with no hesitation. Mrs Grace and staff at the Brandon branch are AWESOME
