I hate coming to this place. The workers seem like they are in their own little world and don't seem like their happy to be at work.

No customer service. Employees looked and acted very unfriendly. Felt like I had to beg for a size. Ended up leaving and going to Journey Kidz where they were really nice and I got a pair of shoes there instead.

Very hard to find especially following Maps you have to go in through the Burlington entrance to get into the mall to be able to get to the Kids Foot Locker store

I have been to this store quite a few times to buy shoes and each time Chris has been the one to help me, he is GREAT. Not only is he extremely helpful but he is very kind too !

Hve nothing appealing in store.Clothes look out dated and on clearance.They should be donated..No customer service..Just walk around and walked bck out..Noone offer to help find anything.

You guys keep my kids in the newest & freshest kicks thank you! Just want to point out brittney! I called a few days ago before coming in the store and she was very helpful. Thanks to her I was able to walk out with drippy kicks for my kid! You guys keep this place clean and very well maintained ! Keep up the solid effort!

Worst customer service; employees go out of their way to avoid helping customers; they rather chat among themselves than actually work. Not only does it takes 20 min to get someone to assist but at the checkout the employee was so rude, yelling back at a customer, talking back and gesturing as if this employee is talking to her peers- by far the worst experience ever. There is no real manager there to properly handle any issues- sad to see that the lack of training and poor management will be this store doom. I will shop online going forward .
