I would give 0 if I could. Been calling for TWO DAYS and these people refuse to answer. Idk what’s going on, but if yall can’t even pick up a phone id assume the service is awful in person. Used to love this place, and even personally knew someone who worked there, so it’s sad to see this company headed in this direction

Second time coming to this GameStop because it’s the closest one to my house and yet again the person working behind the counter doesn’t know how to complete a transaction using my GameStop credit card by just giving my phone number and ID. The other gamestops that are further away don’t have any problems but if you like losing $100 sales I guess that’s their prerogative.

Only shop if your willing to drive home to find out the game you bought doesn’t work after paying 50$ for it and then driving back to get your money back waste of 3 hours :)!

Guy with tattoos working in the store was extremely rude when I came in trying to trade in my xbox. Tried telling me my controller didn't work when I used it 10 minutes before to reset xbox. Overall bad attitude I would AVOID this place. 0 Stars

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this store. My 13-year-old purchased an accessory, and the salesperson did not explain the return policy. We also purchased the warranty, but when we returned because the item was incompatible—since it only works with a PC and not an Xbox—we were told it couldn’t be returned. The item was never used; we only opened the box to check that everything was inside, especially since they often sell pre-owned products.
The manager or front desk employee was extremely disrespectful in front of my children. He completely ignored us, read the receipt in front of me in a condescending manner, and made me feel as if I was being belittled. This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had when purchasing video games or accessories.
No matter what they claim, this kind of poor return policy is exactly why so many people prefer online shopping. Amazon and Best Buy offer far better return policies than this business. After being a GameStop Pro member for 15 years, I will never shop here again. I will also make sure to warn others about my experience so they can avoid the same frustration. You haven’t just lost my business—you’ve lost others through word of mouth as well.

Staff seems either unable or unwilling to help - they seem to NOT want to be bothered to go out of their way to help and make things difficult.

I reserved a game at GameStop, expecting them to call me when it was ready for pickup. They never bothered to notify me, and I had to keep checking back myself. When I finally went to the store, the employees didn’t seem to care or even apologize for the lack of communication.
It’s frustrating to deal with such unprofessional service, especially when reserving a game is supposed to make things easier. If this is how they treat their customers, I’ll think twice before coming back.

Terrible customer service. The one guy there was so busy talking to another guy about Disney trading cards lol he couldn't be bothered to wait on the 4 other customers. I haven't been to gamestop in 10 years and that was probably the last visit ever as they are going the way of blockbuster.

Honestly not clean , Roaches were crawling , They said someone brought in a system that was infested with them? I have no idea how that even happens but ewww. There is an i hop next door I bet they did not tell them at all. So as the actual food place guess where all the roaches will go. Just eww.

My credit card was charged , one of the employees got my credit card number and put two charges on there after I was there on Easter weekend . If buy from that location watch your credit card statement.
