Oh my God, this has to be the slowest GameStop in existence. There is one person working on the counter and he moves at the speed of comatose. There is a line from the register to the back of the store and he has no urgency whatsoever. Its Saturday July the 26th, 330 pm, either fire this sloth or get him some weekend help.

Me and my girlfriend went to pick up destined rivals for the drop today, we waited in line like everyone else, i got one ETB and 5 packs, we asked if it was fine if my girlfriend got 5 packs because she also collects(we could’ve gotten another ETB but we wanted to be fair) so i give her the money for the packs and the guy says “cmon guys we have to be fair with everyone” when y'all are already selling over base price and it was embarrassing having to stand there after he said that to us loud as hell btw and made us look like assholes because we wanted 5 packs. I don't know his name but he was an older guy. Yes we got what we wanted but the guy’s service was horrible and I will NOT be returning to this game stop. Pick better employees.

Came from New Port Richey with a friend to hang out at the mall today, and my best memory will be from visiting the GameStop here!!! Michael was a very welcoming and sweet employee there who we lost track of time chatting with for a good 30 minutes—he encouraged and helped us to find the right Care Bears blind bag character we were looking for, it was genuinely so fun feeling up the bags together trying to figure out which was the right one, and we got it on our first purchase! Even though I don't live in the Brandon area, I'd absolutely come back to this specific GameStop again if it meant having a similarly pleasant experience. ❤

In person service is super great however they’re on the phone service is absolutely horrid. I have called them several times and tried to get in contact with them and they will not pick up. I’ve been hung up on two times now. So if you ever need to get in contact with the store over the phone, you won’t be able to.

This place is hazardous. You can smell the mold walking in and if you don’t know the smell just look at the ceiling. These workings are being exposed to horrible conditions!!!

I've never been treated with such attitude by anyone from other stores but this one literally was the worst service I've seen long hair spanish speaker employee as soon as I came in telling me to turn off my own headphones. When there were no customers coming in the store, tbh i would never come back here, and that employee needs some customer service training before he directs his anger or frustration towards people who are just trying to buy merch. I hope this gets to management and this person can be disciplined.

Let me start by saying Taylor. Absolutely hunted himself like a boss. We came in to exchange games and the customer in front of us was starting to get out of control and Taylor handled it very professionally. Great recommendations for games and even sold this up on the protection plan!!

The manager pushes subscription services and when you decline just talks over you and keeps pushing the issue. When you order a ps4 game, they reach in and give you a ps5 game (big greasy finger print on the disc). Gamestop has gone down hill, this location is a bust.
