I went here today to try to buy one of the extra Switch 2 consoles they had available for purchase for tonight. The employees they had come check on us / give us info were very nice and helpful.
They handled the massive line (before their event started) really well. Once purchases were allowed, the staff at the registers were very quick but still just as nice/helpful. They appear to be a great group.

Huge signs of BOGO 50% off in the FNAF area. My son picks out his items and we get to the front and the girl says “sorry that’s our fault that sign is expired”. Customer service is terrible. She said you can wait for the manager, hopefully she will be here soon 🙄

This GameStop is a full sized one and tends to have everything we're looking for and more. It's really nice and open, has plenty of options, and most of the staff I've met are nice and helpful.

Finally got a day off after 5 days of 10 hour long shifts to try and get a Switch 2 preorder. I’m not upset about the fact they didn’t have them, I’m upset about how the associate handled it. Hearing him say things like “You should’ve woken up early!” and “Life goes on!” when I had been nothing but polite was rude and unprofessional, especially with his snarky attitude. None of the other four locations I visited today acted this way. Disappointed with this customer service.

The store didn't have my game on release day (not the stores fault I understand), so I visited the store everyday for like four days straight since the store is on my way to work, the girl behind the counter after a few days told me that if I wasn't called then it wasn't in yet and they would definitely call me when they had it. I was a little off put by that but I figured okay then. Just today I came in after a month without ever receiving a phone call to cancel my pre-order and as it turns out, they not only had my game, but they opened it, put my pre-order on display, and after reluctantly accepting the game opened, I get home and find out that the case is damaged! I'm taking the game back tomorrow! Unacceptable! I've only ever been treated this badly one time and the district manager for that store made things right with me! Hopefully this one will do the same!

The incompetent guy that was working there today on 03/05/2025 at 4:20pm is extremely rude, miserable and has no customer service skills. Management really needs to reconsider his position there. That’s all :) stay blessed

Was a 5 star. Now it’s a one star. I have been calling for 4 hours trying to get ahold of somebody. I spent over 300 dollars on my last visit to become a GameStop pro and wanted to continue my spending here. Unfortunately employees seem to think answering the phone isn’t their job. No wonder these stores go out of business

Whatever anyone does you might wanna just go there and not waste your time calling to ask anything. Phone doesnt get answered.. But I went ahead drove 30 minutes to get what my son needed.

I went in to buy a NEW switch. The person behind the counter didn't help me at all, she was on her phone. Then once I figured out what I needed I we t to check out. I wanted a cashier to ring me out. I got a used car salesman trying to sell me a USED switch. I said I only wanted NEW and if you really wanted to "help" you would have put the phone down a long time ago. After I already said what I wanted she tried to sell me a used console and got pushy.
Pit the phone down. Do your job.
