Saved my photos! Was making a backup of my photos from my phone but they all disappeared halfway through. I ran to GeekSquad and Carlos not only was able to get them back but also make a backup copy without any issues.

Had the worst experience with Geek Squad. Went in to get BitLocker loop removed off my computer and somehow was charged 218$ for a new hard drive. Paid for it, brought it home and I was still having the same issues. Went back to geek squad to get it checked out again and they didn’t fix it. They called me and said I needed to purchase 116$ ram then called me next day and said mother board may be down. Man I’m just trying to bypass bitlocker loop. Where did all these charges come from ? They put their own personal ram into my laptop and now this thing won’t even turn on. My laptop is cooked

Dropped off my vehicle at 11:30 for a noon appt of a dash installation and rear camera. I was told it would be ready by 2:30. I showed up at 4:05 to pick up my vehicle and was told I would have to wait another 30 min. No phone call to tell me they were running behind or late… unprofessional. So instead of taking 2.5 hrs and being ready by 2:30 it has taken 4.5hrs. Also, the front desk who also happened to be the “manager” is very inconsiderate and rude. None of them have customer service skills.

Very disappointed in the level of customer service and competency at the car installation office. For one, it's impossible to get ahold of anyone. They NEVER answer the phone and will NEVER return voicemails. I have called over 6 times and left several messages and haven't heard a peep and this is unacceptable.
And secondly, the reason for all these calls: I had TWO apartment gate transponders show up missing in two installations I had done with them. That is $400 dollars I had to spend on replacement because they apparently discarded my transponder and wouldn't answer the phone regarding where it was.
Not to mention, the install of my receiver is questionable. It shuts off randomly in the middle of driving and the backup camera sometimes turns on randomly. I'm assuming something was done improperly back there but when I took it in to get fixed the issue was not resolved.
Anytime you show up people are just sitting around on their phones and lethargic to come help you. I'm not surprised they were able to misplace a transponder two times in a row and perform a faulty installation. The level of detail is very disappointing. Go somewhere else.

Went there yesterday and Larry took care of us! Good guy and he knows his TVs! Bought one there because of him! Plus it was a great deal too! Lol Thank you Larry!

Rob was great! He installed my Pioneer multimedia receiver in my 2015 Toyota Sienna. He was really pleasant to work with and even showed me how it all worked and connected. I’m a very happy customer.

Mohammed was a huge help to us! Me and my girl went in with some computer problems and he was very transparent and sympathetic with us. We ended up going with a new computer within our budget! He was very open, honest, and real, thats all we can ask for.

This geeksquad is not here to help. Waiting at the counter for assistance for 15 minutes, to do a simple drop off. 5 minutes til closing, a geek walks up from the opposite side of the store, was probably taking a dump based on his gait, and i hope he washed his hands, but the jury's out. Says "sorry, we just closed," while closing the station in front of our faces. Not impressed.

The Geek Squad installers were great. Very helpful and quick. I had a car radio installed with no issues. The online page to schedule is annoying completing the scheduling in person was more efficient. The waiting area does leave a lot to be desired.

Scheduled an appointment online to have a dash cam installed. Even received email confirmation day of appointment. Left work an hour early only to be rudely informed that “I’ve been trying to reach you all day. The number we have is incorrect” .I opened the app and showed the lady how my number was showing correct in the app, not sure why your system is showing a completely different number. Ms. Rude went on to explain how there’s a part needed and they don’t have it in store, I’ll need to order it and reschedule. I take the piece of paper given with said part and leave. As I sit in my car and read the paper it clearly states said part is not compatible with my dash cam. Go back in she’s no where in sight. The one person working in the shop walks out to my car to see what type dash cam I wanted installed, putting grease marks all over the box and stating “yeah that’s not the right one”. My level of confidence in allowing this particular store to install anything on my vehicle waned quickly. The lack of customer service, coupled with giving incorrect information for me to purchase is not a good look. It was also amazing that no one attempted to reach me via the same email address that I scheduled with.

Under staffed at the Geek squad today only two people staffed for a Friday after 5pm. Rommie went above and beyond to try to get everyone taken care of quickly.Management needs to help these folks out when they don’t have ample staff.Thank you Rommie for the help to get me iut quickly.
