From the front staff to check out, I had an amazing experience. Going to the dentist can be uncomfortable and expensive. However, my experience was amazing. Dr. Thomas was thorough and transparent. The staff was helpful and professional. I highly recommend GE, ten out of ten :)

My experience with Great Expressions Dental Centers at Regency Square in undergoing treatment for an upper denture has been excellent. Everyone has been very professional and helpful throughout the experience. I would like to thank Juanita in particular for all her help and care.

Always behind schedule. If they call and cancel you better to be ready to reschedule right when they call or good luck having them call you back. This has been going on for a while. I keep thinking it will be better but it doesn't change.

Joke! This place a year ago was good at the point I scheduled again. When scheduled first time and call due was late they told me I wasn’t in the system. I apologize and think maybe was a confusion or something in my end that happened the error. Because of this I go online again scheduled for next week and then go the office to get again the same issue, my appointment wasn’t in the system. I show my proof and they told have to approve it in their side but they don’t even have my name. Clearly this place had IT issues that compromised the management of their patients at the point that not far ago I received in the mail a letter about a potencial information leak/hack on the data that I believe was spam but looks isn’t what reflects all this issues and a bad cybersecurity problems as well. Im requesting my file and moving from here for the good after all this awful experience.

The reception on my first visit was very welcomed! I had an overall good experience, however, on my second on 8/24/2024 visit to get extractions I did not receive post surgery instructions or an appointment for follow-up.

The staff member who seriviced me and dentist Dr.Marsha Robinson was great, however the Dental Hygenist Alma was rude basically told me couldn't provide routine cleaning for me after I was scheduled for routine cleaning and since couldn't afford a 230.00 deep cleaning to go to community health center. I'm currently pregnant and couldn't lay all the way back flat in chair. Alma complained she couldnt see to do exam as she was examining me. Had no issues with the dentist when I told her to not lay me back was kind and accommodating. After Alma complained she told me she would have to lay me flat for cleaning. In my opinion Alma didn't want to do a cleaning for me being that I was last patient before lunch. Very unprofessional
