Been a member with GTE for a few years now, never had any complaints or problems until I lost my card and went into this branch to get a new one and the lady working the front desk whom I forgot her name but she was an older African American woman was very rude and brash toward me and my daughter. When I explained I lost my wallet and needed a new card she gave me a card that didn’t work at all and acted as is I was bothering her. Love GTE but never going to this branch again.

GTE decided for what ever personal reasons took out the ATM machine that was inside the branch that will allow to withdrawal more $500(because they still have a 25 year old policy on 500 dollars withdrawl limit)instead of looking for better resolution to offer much better and needed self service options for people that have busy working life and not make someone wait in line for one teller that is available to assist you.

I would like to thank GTE for the wonderful customer service that I received yesterday. Chris and the other staff members at the Bloomingdale Florida office went above and beyond to assist me. They answered all of my questions and how to go forward with one of my accounts. Thank you.

Cristian was very professional and patient while we worked thru a very unusual scenario. My adult son has a mental illness where, when having an event, he gives away his money. Cristian helped come up with a solution so we can protect his funds.

I want to thank Mark A. Santiago for his help opening an account at GTE. He dealt with the institution that the money was transferring from and he was very patient and professional with all of the paperwork and telephone calls needed to get the money transferred. Thak you!

The gentleman that is a customer service person is rude, yells to come to office then he was nasty and completely not helpful with questions. Left feeling like he was condescending and it was a waste of time. 100% not GTE values.
