The only reason I’m giving Haverty’s two stars is because the store itself was clean and the salespeople were polite. Beyond that, my experience has been a complete nightmare.
We were sold on an extended warranty that is absolutely worthless. When we submitted claims for multiple issues—not normal wear and tear, but clear signs of poor quality—we were told everything was “wear and tear.” The foam in our couch cushions collapsed far too quickly, the material separated, and our coffee table bubbled even though we were told it was real wood. The only thing the warranty “covered” was the recliner mechanism, and instead of sending help, they mailed us loose parts with zero instructions.
After several emails, I randomly received a text about a repair appointment. I told them the repair had to be done before a certain time, but of course, the tech arrived just as we were leaving. We rescheduled, and then the repair person never showed up. To make matters worse, I later received an email saying that after “several failed attempts” they were closing our case. I replied immediately but never received a response.
Now we’re left with broken furniture, random parts we can’t use, and a company that refuses to honor the warranty they sold us.
DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. The quality of the furniture is poor, the warranty is a scam, and the service is nonexistent. Save yourself the money and frustration and shop somewhere else.

We had an outstanding experience at Hagerty’s Furniture! We recently purchased a couch, love seat, coffee table, rug, and lamps for our living room and could not be happier with the quality and style. Every piece feels thoughtfully made and has transformed our living room into a warm, inviting space.
A huge thank you to CJ, our salesperson, and Maurice, the design consultant. They made the entire process a breeze. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what we were looking for. They offered great suggestions without ever being pushy, and their expert design advice helped us choose pieces that work perfectly together.
Delivery was smooth and right on time, and the team set everything up with care. The craftsmanship and attention to detail on each item are top-notch, and we’ve received so many compliments from friends and family.
Hagerty’s Furniture is a store that clearly values its customers and stands behind its products. If you want high-quality pieces and excellent service, this is the place to go. We’ll be returning for future purchases!

My Sales person CJ was wonderful! She didn't stalk me or try and over sell me. She let me look at my own pace but was always near if I had a question. Historically, car and furniture purchases have been painful with sharks surrounding you. Havertys' was a refreshing experience. Most of all, the quality of the product is far above the 5 other stores I visited.
