Pulled into this store to replace my phone which I should have done months ago. When you go in the store if you're a current customer you pay more for the phone than if you're a new customer. However the phone that I decided to get was $259 if you were a current customer you paid 199, if you were a new customer you paid $99. So I was hold the phone was 199 I also purchased earbuds that were $40 and a case that was 37. When she handed me the sales receipt to sign I signed it and look down and I was charged $376, and I said wait a minute how is my bill 376, she informed me there was a $24.27 activation fee. Which is fine but that still doesn't add up to 376, there was a very inpatient customer behind me speaking over me to the girl. So I said please give me an itemized receipt so I can see what the charges were and deal with it at another time. I was refused a detailed receipt. Call Metro they have no control over the store unless they won't help me then I can call back and spend another two hours on the phone trying to rectify. Buyer beware when you go into the stores they're owned by a company under the name hello Unlimited they're not accredited with the Better Business Bureau however they have a c because they have complaints and the outcome of the complaint on the Better Business Bureau is unanswered! I will never stop your again.
