I bought my wedding rings couple years ago. Today I went to the store to bring my rings for some cleaning. In side of the store was a Lady and a Men. When I was there I went straight to the Lady because she had no ones. I told her that I just need to clean my ring and she told me that I need to wait and she skip me I went to another couple behind me. I wait until somebody came to me. When I was sitting there I noticed that the seller men and the guy that was with him no was talking about anything related to sales or the store. In a moment he looked back to me and he noticed that I was there but he didn’t say anything to me. I’m very disappointed because when we bought the ring it was a great experience. The need to work more on customer service.

So I went to Brandon Mall and unexpectedly ended up here while my wife was shopping. It was close to my mom's birthday last month so I decided to start shopping for something. Well I ended up getting a beautiful necklace, and the sales associate Phil could not have been more helpful. My Mom LOVES ❤️ it, and I will be back soon for my 30th wedding anniversary for something special for my wife.

I had a terrible experience I brought in an emerald ring guard to have the emerald replaced. I also told Philip I wanted to upgrade my diamond solitaire with it on April 24. It was not ready in the 2 weeks promised and they proceeded to tell me they could not repair the ring. I then told them just return the solitaire and I will pick up the ring guard up. I get a call back they will be able to fix it. I picked up both pieces on May 16.
On June 24 the emerald was lost. They did not fix the casing or reinforce the prongs. I was blamed and told it was my fault I just said I wanted the emerald fixed. As Philip my sales representative said he is not a jeweler well neither am I. They wanted several weeks to fix it and gave me quite a hard time to even get the repair money refunded.
They refused to refund the solitaire money because even though I bought it to enhance my ring guard it was my fault I waited to pick it up when my repair was made which was never fixed correctly. So
my purchase went back to April 24.
Beware of having any jewelry fixed here and I would doubt their ability to make custom jewelry. Philip did not do a thorough job quoting or looking at what repairs needed done. And the manager will blame you for the lack of knowledge of their salesperson Philip. They are more concerned about their commission than having a happy customer.
Definitely would not recommend and if you buy one of the service plans make sure you know how long they will take to fix it.
