Not too happy. The item I bought, Woodland Scenics White Grease. must have been sitting on the shelf for a very long time, as it was all dried out. Maybe it's time to check how old your inventory is?

Great selection. My biggest problem is that maybe only 1 person knows about Scale Crawlers. The rest of the employees barely know anything about RC. I got told to leave because they “closed” when i hadn’t even paid for my stuff. (It just turned 5) I had to bring $230 worth of product to the counter so i could check out since they wanted me out so quickly. Unsatisfied because ANY company should know that if there are people in the store that you don’t tell them to leave, you simply tell them you’re closing the doors. I was about to pull the trigger on buying an RC plane until the same guy that “helped” me find the products insisted i leave to the door at that instant. Left the place bitter.

Amazing store with so many options, great staff & very knowledgable. I went into the store to get a new complete set of RC truck tires and I’m ignorant to the sizes I would need in order for my RC truck to drive properly. So I brought one of the old tires in for reference and Zack (Staff) helped me out and gave me a plethora of options and once I picked out the ones I felt I liked, he went above and beyond to check online and make sure what I was purchasing was universal and would fit my specific RC truck. Always a great experience at this location.

Definitely a hobby shop I'll be visiting in the future, the staff was friendly and attentive plus excellent prices on everything I looked at.

Love this store! Has a lot of different variety of products. I go for the gunpla and there is a ton. Both older kits and newer kits. From perfect grades to entry grades. Perfect place for the beginner or master gunpla!
