Hard to find any orange aproned employees in garden, and the one guy I did find, Ian (chubby white dude with buzz cut), was incredibly rude. Said it wasn’t his department and didn’t try to assist me with getting another employee.

I was at Home Depot looking for a certain color spray paint. There was one can and I needed three so I asked an employee in the area if they had any in stock on the upper shelves. She looked on her phone and immediately said no and walked away. Then another employee walked by named Tina. She checked stock on her phone, saw that there was some, found the box, pushed a big set of steps over to the spray paint and got the box down for me. Went above and beyond what most employees will do to get my spray paint. Really appreciated it. Thank you to Tina!!!

So tired of dealing with this place. They continue to drive me to Amazon for just about everything. I selected a pickup order for curbside. I get to the store and there is no curbside section available. I call customer service and the phone rings for 5 minutes with no answer. No one is ever around to help and the self checkout line is always a cluster. I’ll avoid this location from now on.

Morgan, and Nichole are two of the names I know because they are always helpful, cheerful with knowledge of the whole store and never to busy to help a customer. That store is lucky to have them. Store location Brandon store off 60.

Took me 20 minutes to have someone acknowledge me after trying to flag 5 people down. Then the lady Karen that did help me tried to sell me a tool which I knew was too big for my drill. Thank goodness I insisted she open the packaging after offering to pay for it to size it, if not I would have had too drive home only to turn around again cause it was too big. Get people who actually know about tools!
