The employees there were very friendly and sweet. I went in completing forgetting to print out my documents, but the assistant at the front desk walked me through how to upload them on the app which was very helpful. My tax pro-Melanie, was very patient, answered all my questions, and gave me great advice for next year. This was my second year and I will definitely be coming back for a third!

Ms. Thu was amazing! I was very worried at first about not even getting a refund bc of what I thought was a problem, but she assured me and relaxed me and let me know that even if I have to pay back, it wouldn’t be a lot and she’ll try her best to help me. The whole time she was very respectful and so sweet! She thoroughly went through everything and really took her time.. even despite me coming in as a walk in! The check in lady was also So sweet!! (Sorry I didn’t get her name)Overall, this will be my new place to go to from here on
