I wish I could go back in time and go elsewhere. It's a big corporation so they don't really care about your time AT all. My scheduled appointment (NOT A WALK IN) was at 6. I arrived early just in case. I wasn't seen till 7:50... I kept trying to explain my taxes were fairly simple (they only took 10 minutes when they DID finally get me), could I possibly see another preparer if it was going to take much longer? They said that would be fine but that never happened. Sunk cost fallacy made me wait. Learn from my mistake, they don't care about your time and if your appointment is delayed don't keep waiting thinking it won't take long.

Do not do it! HR block messed up so bad this year. They apologized in the office but that gets me no where. They hire anyone and when those people screw up they tell you there is nothing they can do!

Friendly and great for filing previous years when I had a simple job and single W2. Im now married and filing as a first time business owner and this was not for me. Maybe when I’m more knowledgeable myself I’ll return because I needed guidance.
