Nice and very professional customer service . I felt welcomed . He helped all the way through my move in process from start to finish. He is definitely the man for the job . Guy in office is always working outside but easily goes to the front for help as soon as anyone is smart enough to call.

When I first started here this place was awesome and rent was fixed.
Then iStorage moved in and have jacked up the rate every few months.
There is NEVER staff onsite, the gates ste usually broken, and when you call to get help it goes to a national call center that have NO IDEA what is going on at this location.
Update: they've jacked the rates AGAIN and are now 3x higher than what their OWN RATES online say.
I'm moving out.

Unsafe place to store your RV. Gate left open all the time. People wandering in and out. Our motor coach was vandalized a few times.

Property manager is very unprofessional and has no knowledge of anything !!! Stuff went missing from my storage and when I ask him about it and to view the cameras he just stuttering and saying there is no cameras but they are in plain site by my storage unit . Worst experience ever !!! Roaches all over the place !!! Cracks everywhere in the walls !!!!! Disgusting place and disgusting person !

Got the storage on the phone with the service guy told me it was a 10x20 and it was more like a 7x20 told me it would be away from the busy area and it was in the middle of it and some one tryed to steal my car I was there 3 days till I found other storage they charged me 140 dollars for just a parking spot that wasn’t safe and told me if I cancelled I would get a prorate back but when I cancelled they said they don’t do that I never good back and will tell all my friends and family to stay away from istorage

This place is no good, this Oct 4th I rented a unit. After the Hurricane Milton. Right before the mgr left he locked me out. I called and called no one came to remove the lock. I lost money and time dealing with the area mgr Jenny. She promised to give me my money back. First of all after calling numerous times, finally days after I personally cut that lock off. The area mgr calls me. She promised to refund my money. It's November 13th
I called October 22 to give them a forwarding address but someone failed to do record it. Now after paying cash money for the unit. I still never received my refund. Crooks Buyer Beware. They lie

Signing up was a breeze, the result of that sign up has a lot to be desired... unit assigned did not have the door wide enough for certain furniture, only 32 inches wide!!!! Then there is NO security gates operating, the whole complex is OPEN for anyone to check out the lockers... NO ONE in the office, either.... this on Monday morning, 8/19/24. A shame ... cannot use the unit assigned and no one to chat with. Run from this place!!
Now, that you understand the issue, I no longer can obtain a unit in your facility and require you to refund my $56, for a unit I cannot use. Never a solution from you to work this out... if I could, I would change my review to a -5 star.

Save big until they bait-and-switch you less than 60 days into renting with them as they jack the rent up 35%.
- No staffing on site,ever
- Gates are broken, unreliable entry/exit
- Trash builds up due to abandoned property.
