Fantastic service delivered by Brabda Franklin, who was very thorough in explaining details I could not figure out on my own. I have used JH's online filing previously but this year I needed more guidance from a tax pro. I highly recommend visiting JH for your year round tax needs.

I had an appointment set for 3 PM on a Sunday,. Arrived at 2:55 PM to find location to find no one there, the door locked and the location closed. Waited for 15 minutes in case somebody was showing up, and was told by a neighboring business that they have a tendency to leave people hanging like that and not to bother waiting.An insult to injury was a big sign on the front door with their hours stating they were open 12 PM.– 4 PM on Sundays. (Apparently not, though)

I've been using Jackson Hewitt for 17 years in multiple states and this was one of the best experiences I've had filling my taxes.
