“I sent my 21 year old son there to have his chain repaired that belonged to his late dad. Other places told him it would cost over $100 for a gold clasp. When he arrived, they told him the similar story but that if they were able to just tighten it, then there’s no charge. Well, all it needed was a little tightening! And he is so happy. I’m so glad McAuley didn’t try to take advantage of him because he’s young. Kudos to you! I’ll be by to get my watch battery replaced soon. I only trust this place.”

“I needed a watch band replaced on a Smart watch. I have arthritis and my manual dexterity is weak. The young man at the Brandon location swapped bands in something like 10 seconds. He was very personable and professional and did a great job. He did not want to charge me a fee but I told him he has the skills that I don’t have and tipped him. He was very appreciative and told me to come back any time if there were any issues. Great service and I will be back.”
