Excellent from start to finish five stars out of five. The whole staff was wonderful knowledgeable and I didn’t have to wait very long at all to get my car serviced and they are actually one of the only places that do the transmission fluid exchange. The dealer wanted to charge me $398 just to look at my car not even to do the job And I only paid 230 at Jiffy Lube and everything was done completely and professionally. I will definitely be back..
I recommend anybody that has a NO DIPSTICK (seal transmission) to go to Jiffy Lube the one in Brandon on Brandon Boulevard and get their transmission fluid exchange done there.

For that??!! HELLO CORPORATE!!! It's hot in Florida and if anyone deserves a tip option it's these you g men. Put the option on your machine and let us show appreciation to their quick and friendly service.

The crew here was great and friendly with positive attitudes ready to help you.. Those guys get 5 stars no doubt!! The individual that was supposedly in charge here William Burnett was by far the worst example of a manger I have had to deal with.. Very unprofessional and rude! Did not greet me upon arrival like he did EVERY other car that came in for service in the HOUR it took for my oil change and tire rotation.. Now after 50 minutes of waiting he then tells the guys doing the work to go to the other bay because this lady needs to go!! SIR!! I have been here for an hour don’t you think I need to go!!! William you are the perfect example of poor customer service and you should not be the person in charge!! Darryl has far more professional service and mannerisms to be the man running this facility.. Very dissatisfied with this gentleman’s interaction with me!! Do better William Burnett!!

Came in for oil changes on two vehicles with no appt on a Sunday morning. As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted professionally by Larry, the store manager, who immediately started asking the right questions to help diagnose any issues I might have. Prices were a bit higher than my usual mechanic, but I understood I was paying for convenience—and it was worth it. I used a widely available coupon to bring the cost down and received great service. Even with a couple of recommended services I approved, everything felt fair given how much time I saved. Larry and the team were efficient—no wasted time, just got right to it.

I came to this Jiffy Lube and had a good experience with the oil change however i am disgusted that they tried to pressure me into buying Rear Differential service for my SUV that doesnt even have that item. I talked to a mechanic at a local shop who i usually bring my car to and he told me while some of the recommendations were due to be fixed eventually, but werent urgent since i just had my spark plugs replaced last year and they were still looking good. I think its important to share if a place is dishonest and in my case on my vehicle i could have spent alot of money because they see women and think they dont know anything. So just warning people to stay away unless you want to be roped into services your car doesnt actually need at prices that are exorbitant.

I took my Jeep to Jiffy Lube on Memorial Day 2024, it was one of the few places that was open on this holiday. I was greeted by the mechanic and technician named Michael, really nice, friendly approachable guy. I told him I got a message on my dash that said I needed an oil changed, he took a look and said I only needed to be topped off, I still had 1k miles to go. While he was under the hood topping off my oil, he noticed my coolant was 'boiling' and 'trying to overflow from the water pump tank.' He recommended that I go to a place like Meineke to get it checked out then come back to Jiffy Lube and any other minor maintenance I might need. He wrote me up a short description on my receipt for possible overheating at no extra charge.
If you guys are looking for honest, friendly, knowledgeable maintenance for your vehicle, please check out the Jiffy Lube in Brandon (along E Brandon Blvd). You won't be disappointed. I was initially pleased they were open on a holiday but I left completely satisfied with the service I received. Thank you guys for all your hard work!

Very patient, understanding, and quality craftsmanship. They stayed 1.75 hours past their normal closing time to ensure my car functioned 100% safely. Now that is a perfect example of old school customer service. I am a new customer and will become a repeat customer.
