Kane's says they price match. I found a cheaper price on 2 dressers and my sales clerk, Dmitry, never got back to me when I emailed and talked to him about this. He said he had to check with the manager but no one would return my calls. I will not shop there again.

Very disappointing! I purchased a bedroom set there in December 2022. Once it was delivered, there was a small knick in one of the drawers. I was going to refuse delivery, but the delivery guy said that could easily be corrected and to just call the service department. I called and they sent a service man out who said he had to order the paint. I called once a week for three months and kept getting the runaround about the paint hadn't come in, blah blah blah and finally just gave up. it's been over a calendar year and they never contacted me to follow up. Just purchased furniture for the rest of the house from somewhere else and I'm so glad I didn't put myself through the Kanes experience again.

I literally just left kanes, and as much as I like their inventory, I'm finally convinced furniture company salesmen are equal in integrity to used car salesmen. Shame on me for not looking over the receipt until I drove away. I bought 2 chairs, boxed, that I will pick up next week. I bought a floor sample rug and overpriced pad, that I took with me. They are charging me $39.99 for "delivery!" How many items are coming in that truck. Is this not their own inventory??? The "customer care specialist" attitude at 4:15 pm, Friday Nov 17, at the Ft Myers location was equally reprehensible.

Wow!!! My wife and I had an amazing experience today (9/4/23) shopping with Lynelle Hanson at the Brandon location. Lynelle was so personable and professional making us feel seen and heard throughout the entire process. Making sure we got exactly what we wanted, the best of the best. I would definitely recommend my friends, family, and associates to shop with Lynelle and also that she would get a raise and or be promoted as she should be teaching others how to treat customers and close the deal!

I love shopping at Kane's Furniture-Brandon. We recently bought new recliners and it was a pleasure doing business with this company. The sales team are very good at what they do. Very informative and helpful. We will shop there again.

I would not buy furniture from here. There is no post sale customer satisfaction.Update: Kanes is quick to reply on Google. I sent my contact info and it has been 6 days without any contact. This just goes to show they are not a customer service focused company.

They are trash people and the furniture is overpriced and cheaply produced. They will swindle you and add random warranties and bring you defective furniture. Juan assisted me and he was basically a slimely car sales men but I'm getting my first place and had no idea what to look out for. You cannot return the furniture once you have it! I spoke with a manager who talked over me the entire time and could care less about the fact they delivered 3xs separate times and have to come back a 4th because they gave me a broken couch. Each time the delivery guys complained about me having stairs and I still gave them $80-$100 in tips. They give you a 3hr window to wait around each time and wont even bother to listen when you need to explain a concern. I will never shop here again nor give them anymore of my money. Beware!!!!!!

Had a great experience at Kanes!! We worked with Patrice and she was fabulous!! She pointed out a entertainment / tv console that I probably wouldn't of even considered.. not only was it on sale for a great price( I've been looking everywhere for a certain size so I know this was a great price) was a little nervous but when it arrived it was absolutely perfect!! She also provided us with a delivery guy who we just loved!! AND... we got a free rug too!! So it's a 5 star love from us!!!

Josh was real knowledgeable about the mechanisms in the couches and loveseats and recliners he has years underneath his belt. I’ve been to a lot of stores lately, looking for furniture, and every time I asked questions they would have to go find out the answers, but with Josh he had the answers and did not have to go to somebody else to find the answers. He was excellent very knowledgeable.
