Most cleanest elegant room, and clean comfortable bed, and best of all quiet I was able to sleep all night, I cannot forget the full breakfast in the morning.

The beds were comfortable but the sheets had some stains, the room or bathroom was never cleaned in the three days I stayed, at night it was hot because the air worked as it should. Good location close to shops and restaurants.

The hotel seems to be very old but the rooms are very clean and the service is great Although for me the hotel has 5 stars I have one suggestion. They should clean the carpet where the guests have breakfast. Other than that everything else was fine.

Hotel is nice, need to upgrade pillows, need restricted smoking area people smoking in door area really need to be prohibited you can smell it in hallway and on elevator not just cigarettes but Marijuana also, it makes you want to leave

Room was very clean and the location was quiet and close to everything if we wanted to go out shopping or catch a movie. Only thing that needs to be updated are the TV's. Very out of date. Smart TV's would be a better amenity for view pleasures.

A little frustrating at check in. Thought I had 2 nights booked - only 1. And couldn’t book second night at desk, had to go online (I think because I was going to try to use reward points?). Booked it and went back to desk to get room keys. Was told I hadn’t payed online, so paid for room. Then got back to room and got a call from front desk saying I had another reservation for room! Canceled and refunded one.
Oh and first room keys didn’t work - had to return to desk and was told clerk gave us keys for a different room.
Needed more towels and had to go pick up at 7pm.
Otherwise - room was handicapped set up - didn’t request that.
But I like their breakfast and manager was friendly

We staryed 1 night before our cruise! Great hotel! Friendly staff and great service! Great free breakfast! Very clean!
