Love this place. No appointment. I was there when they opened at 6am and was done in my car at 6:07.

Open time is at 6 am. Staff doesn’t get her until after 6:15 am. Then wait another 10 mins waiting outside. There is a think called “work ethics “ You know you need to open up at 6 am, be at your job at least 15 mins early.
few of the technicians are rude. Very slow in processing each patient
No need to get rude if we can’t hear you call our name (some of us are hard of hearing ) No need to be rude if we ask what name was just called (pronounced incorrectly)
Don’t have a “cold” attitude towards patients. They are already anxious & worried. Show kindness & compassion
If you don’t like your job, then find something else where you don’t have to deal with people.

This place takes forever. Even when you have an appointment. Insane. But finally when I did get back there, the lady who drew my blood was AWESOME!!

I Needed To Complete Two Labs Different Doctors. Labcorp Is Currently Remodeling or Updating 2 Locations In Tampa. After Serious Issues 2x At a Different Location. I Called This Brandon Location And Dee Answered The Phone She Was Informative And Professional. I Was Told If I Was There At 6 A.M. I Would Be Seen. I Waited Less Than 10 Minutes And Was Called By The Same Dee I Spoke With On The Phone The Day Earlier. Blood Was Drawn And Urine Was Collected. I Was Done In 10 Minutes.
So Note To The People Wanting To Do Walk In At 10 A.M. Or Noon. These Ladies Are Professional Caring Individuals. They Are Human They Have Their Whole Day Booked With Appointments. If You Want To Do Walk In Set Your Alarm Get Up Earlier Walk In At 6 Be Out By 6:30 Thank The Ladies For What They Do, Go Home Cook Breakfast And Enjoy The Rest Of Your Day. And If Your Not Pissing In These Ladies Cornflakes They Can Have A Good Day As Well. :)

Website says walk is welcome, come in at your convenience, well this is a lie. Got there at 9:15 the lady at the desk said for walk ins you need to be there at 6am and I was turned away. None of this is posted on website. She said well the website is not updated. How is that my fault exactly? You should honor that. Patients greatly inconvenienced because of this. Seems you're just not wanting to do your job. My office would never turn a walk in away even though we are only by appt.

Super bad care for a two-year-old girl, there was no collector, they made her urinate in a glass, the girl of course did not pee and closed at 11. They did not return the doctor's referral, my worst experience at Labcorp, nothing to do with the care. from others I have visited

Went in for my daughter’s lab work and she was so nervous because it was her first time and the woman who took care of her made her feel at ease, she was so sweet, she was short with glasses, wish i remembered her name.The service was really fast as well, I recommend this location!

Staff doesn't know how long I have to wait & how much I have to spend. 2 simple questions that they can't answer either. I'm fasting, and they don't care at all.

This place is poorly staffed and is slow on getting patients in or out. I have waited an hour and a half to be called back just to wait an additional ten minutes… All this just for a quick and simple pre-employment screening. Don’t bother making an appointment, others that seemed to have had an appointment were waiting just as long. Not only that, they can’t even keep the waiting screen in order. This place is a mess and employees are all over.

Bad organization, excessive delay. I was with my daughter waiting for more than 2 hours to do labs. In the end we left without resolving because we had to wait even longer to be attended to. I do not recommend at all.

I arrived at 2:15pm and the lady stated that they only taking appointments because they close at 230 she had more than enough time to take me

Having an appointment means nothing. Everytime I’ve come to this location I still wait at least 1 hour. The staff is nice, but there is not enough staff. No one comes to the desk for extended periods of time. They might come check up front about every 15-30 minutes. I dread having to come here due to long wait times.
