What a great experience! I return a hat because it was wrong size which my fault 😅 however Devan Rodriguez was super kind and eager to assist me. Very professional and outgoing…I was able to not only purchase other hats and also embroidered them as well. 💪🏼 Let’s go Rays! I went to Lids today to get some hats for my softball team. They didn’t have the hats I wanted but directed me on where in the mall I would probably get them. I found what I was looking for at the suggested store and brought them right back to Lids. The gentlemen there were extremely helpful. Eric told me where to go for the hats and looked out for me on a good deal. They got my hats embroidered for me in about an hour or so. I didn’t get the other gentleman’s name who did the embroidery, but he was so nice. The work was quick and clean. I’d definitely go back to get some more done in the future.

Terrible customer service from start to end ordered hats to be made for my company… had to call in multiple times for an update & hats are still not made over a week later

Terrible customer service. Unqueen Laqueefa was total a-hole during my entire visit when ordering a custom-made hat. Was an absolute jerk to me and was super friendly to other customers and we all know why. Clearly hates herself on the inside.

The truth is, the attention was terrible, there were several associates, all without doing anything, asking for a personalized cap, nor were they interested in selling it or offering to make one, one of them comes out with a bad concept of the store, it's a shame because when they serve you like that you don't want to come back?
