“I’ve lived in this area for about 20 years, and I’m really glad we finally have a store like Total Wine & More nearby. The selection is excellent — there’s a huge variety of wine, spirits, beer, and plenty of products you simply don’t find in most regular liquor stores. The store is large, clean, well organized, and it’s usually easy to find what you already know you’re looking for.
The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is the customer service when it comes to discovering something new. With such a massive selection, sometimes you really need someone knowledgeable to recommend a bottle, explain the differences, or help you choose something based on your taste and budget. In my experience, employees haven’t always been very proactive about offering that kind of help. It would make a big difference, especially for customers who want to try something they’ve never bought before.
Other than that, I’m very happy this store opened in our area. Great selection, convenient location, and overall a very good place to shop. With a little more hands-on customer assistance, it would easily be a five-star store.”

This particular Walmart is large and offers a wide variety of food items, including different types of food options. They also sell good quality clothing and a variety of tools. The checkout process was easy and we were able to get in and out with our purchases in no time.”

Julian at the Publix Liquor Store went above and beyond for my wife and me. Not just polite—present. He listened, made thoughtful recommendations, and treated us like people, not a transaction. That kind of service is rare these days.
You can tell when someone actually cares about doing their job well. Julian does. Calm, knowledgeable, genuinely helpful. Publix should be proud to have him, and customers are lucky when he’s on shift.
