I had to paint a whole house interior. Their website doesn’t confirm colors in the cart, so before I spend $1,000 I want to confirm the order is right. 30 minutes of hold time and calls to 2 different Lowe’s later, nobody can help. I got excuses from “we don’t know how to make that color” (even though it’s straight from their site) to “we can’t find Chris.”
I spent over 10k with Lowe’s last year doing a garden project for a relative. You’d think they appreciate your loyalty and your dollar. They don’t. They weren’t always this way. Not sure what happened but if the incompetence is this widespread and the service is this poor, might as well just go to Home Depot.

Customer service still needs work when handling phone calls. Called in on two separate days , first day I was on hold for 5 minutes and when someone picked up finally I didn’t get but a couple of words out and then was put on hold again. Second call I was able to actually get to the department I needed but was rudely hung up on then when I called again and ask if he could hear me he had a very bad attitude and said he could barely but would try to assist. The employee could not help at all so I just gave up at that point.

We experienced very poor customer service here today. There was no one at any of the registers so we used self checkout which isn’t usually an issue. Today for some reason the scanner wasn’t working properly and the girl who is supposed to assist at self checkout obviously didn’t want to work and was on her phone blatantly ignored me every time I tried to get her help with the broken scanner. She didn’t have a problem helping any male customers, however. I guess she isn’t a girls girl. Disappointing.

1000 workers but you can never seem to get anyone to help you. They give you an aisle number & no other assistance rather they page someone or you push the button yourself. Never fails it’s an issue EVERYTIME!

This place does not have its $&|+ together at all. Every pick up here takes two e as long as it should and the SAME MATERIAL one time is on the Pro side, the next on the Cust svc side. They just have no clue what they are doing. There aren't enough people working here either. This place sucks. Go to Home Depot, the stuff I need to pick up for work is always at the correct desk and they have actual humans working there. HUMANS

Place order online when I get to the store ti pick up there was no in stock so i drove 30 min just for nothing I been trying to like lowes but I can't, so I'm going back purchasing from home depot again

Mom and I love this store. Everything's well stocked the floor is clean the employees are nice and helpful
