Went to Lowe’s for a front door, went thru process for someone to call our family for a measurement appointment. Never got a call, so I called Lowe’s customer service line and have been getting a complete run -around for weeks. The “contractor” they use won’t even return direct calls either. In contrast I went online to Home Depot for a door and was contacted the very next day with a measurement appointment. I guess I will have to do business there, since no one from Lowe’s will help address this after several phone calls. Very disappointing experience

I come in to Lowe's everyday with online orders and it doesn't matter how disorganized I am or if I'm returning items , the associates at customer service always have a smile and are always extremely helpful. Specifically Emi and Amber and Mia are amazing and Lowes is lucky to have such professional employees.

1,5 week ago we bought a grill cost $800+ in the store. It supposed to get delivered 5 days ago as assembled. Nothing arrived and we can’t even check the order status online from app. Or find someone online to see what’s going on. What a pro service!

People are nice and the store was clean.
Variety of product is lacking AND the products that they do stock are out. I tried making this my go-to store with their credit card and everything but I am consistently disappointed by their lack of product and the overall lack of knowledge of the employees. If you want to win in a service industry stock your shelves and hire experts otherwise we'll just order from Amazon

I purchased some appliances from this location. I tried calling to see time widow for delivery and was put on hold for 37 minutes before they even picked up phone! I finally spoke to someone who couldn't tell me a time, then transferred me where I was put on hold again. I never got an answer. Customer service sucks... I would not recommend buying anything that needs to be delivered if you can't spend hours of your life waiting for no answers.
