Lowe's in Brandon is not a place to go to if you're minority not only did they double charge me for washing machine and dryer they charge me 1800 and then when I looked at my receipt and told them that they had double charged me they thought Br4ight three managers to try to fight me for my money then they had the audacity to tell me that I wouldn't receive my refund for 14 business days less at injury the insult then they deliver a washing machine and dryer to my house. oh, you have to watch them they steal they stole out of my garage. They took merchandise and things out of my garage not only are they not minority friendly but they're thieves. You have to watch up all the way around. Worst experience I had buying a wash machine and dryer

Another in and out. My only beef is that they don't carry in store Leaf blower adapters. Only pick up orders n u have to wait a couple days like... i need it now! Lol no biggie, ill do it like a cave womin for now. I know i can just make one with air duck piping and an old jean. Not hard at all either. At least i found both the food grade buckets and the food seal covers. For 7$+ a pop? Not bad! I needed these for making nice 5 gallon batches of brew! Beer making is so fun n rewarding.

Pretty busy, but very helpful staff. Although I had trouble with an online order, the store staff sorted it out. I appreciate the customer service attention and attitude, it reflects well on the management.

Waited 20 minutes for a key cutting after trying the kiosk near the register. The guy paged someone but no one ever showed up.

Awful customer service….. they go through third party for most installations and if anything goes wrong they just try to brush you under the rug. After calling and calling they “lose my info”. I used the Lowe’s card and they still can’t find it in the system.

This is the best Lowes location and the only Lowe's we will go to from here on out. Todd (the associate that helped us) and Julio Sotomayor aka JC (the assistant manager) were the best to work with. As a customer, I felt highly valued. We had an issue with an in store order that we made with a different associate so we came in and tried to get it figured out since we weren't quite sure what was going on. They made sure that we were absolutely taken care of and helped us get the very best deal for our new washer and dryer we ordered! They were a blessing to work with and both deserve a raise! They showed top tear customer service and I will definitely shop here again due to how helpful they were to my husband and I. Not to mention, we are so excited for our new washer and dryer. CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS GOOD IS RARE THESE DAYS! They deserve a promotion, a raise, and whatever other amazing benefit they can get with Lowes!

Bought a brass valve for a project that took a few months . Brought the valve back with the receipt from purchase , and they wouldn’t let me return it because they said my time had expired to return it . I will be doing business somewhere that doesn’t put a time limit on me !

Thank God for Home Depot!!!HOME DEPOT SAVED THE DAY FOR OUR FAMILY! 11/8/2023I would like to give a huge Thank you and heartfelt gratitude to our local Home Depot Store (9941 East Adamo Dr Tampa Fl) and the Assistant Manager Bobby Grant!What an amazing manager and community patron Mr. Grant, our family is truly grateful for the time and efforts he put forth to help us in a dire situation we were put into no fault of our own.I must explain how wonderful Bobby and our local Home Depot saved the day by helping us with my son’s Eagle Scout Project.My son belongs to the community Troop 89 here In Brandon Fl. He has planned and worked hard for many months on his planning for this project, he was informed by his Scout Master that Lowes donated to their troop for the Eagle Scout Projects. My son went to Lowes, spoke with the managers, and took time to go through the store and get the sku# and the price of each need item on his list. It took about an hr. on a Sunday, we then turned in our paperwork to an associate as we were told. This was in early October. I called two weeks after not hearing from them to find out they had lost his Eagle Scout paperwork and list. So, we took another copy up to their store. We turned it in again, I waited another 5 days, and it was now one week before his project due date at the local High School. I called them back again and their manager said let me get back with you, I waited another day and now we are at 6 days before his Eagle Scout Project is to be started. I called Sunday at 2pm and spoke to their assistant manager and he then advised me they will not contribute to his project because they have just had so many donation requests, LEFT US NO TIME AT ALL!!! Such a disappointment!!Then....My son’s dad said let’s call Home Depot and explain to them what Lowes just did. My son’s dad uses Home Depot weekly for his company so he was familiar with the corporation. He stated that they are a better company anyways, so we did just that. I called the Home Depot in Tampa off Adamo drive (which is the one we prefer to go to rather than the one closer to our home.)I asked to speak with a manager and Bobby Grant answered the call, I started explaining to Mr. Grant the situation Lowes had put us in by waiting until the last minute to tell our son they would not help him in any way at all. Not even give him one plant for this project. Mr. Grant asked us to bring the list to him and he would see what he and Home Depot could do to help us out. We went to the Tampa location expecting them to donate just a few plants for his project. To our surprise Mr. Grant and Home Depot donated everything he needed to get his project completed on time on November 11th, 2023. This was so heart touching to all of us. I started crying and felt so blessed to of have found such a wonderful Person who cared about my son and all his hard work he has accomplished to make it to his Eagle Scout Project finish line.Jak my son has worked so hard to complete all the requirements and this project was the last part of his long-term commitment. My son was overjoyed, and I could see the stress just go away and a HUGE smile on his face when Mr. Grant gave him the supplies. He was shocked and speechless at the thought that this was really happening for him, he was so excited and happy.I felt I needed to share this with not just your corporate office but with the world as this gives many of us hope that there are still wonderful American companies that really still care our people and our community.Thank you so much all of you!

My girlfriend and I went to this location, with intention of buying a refrigerator and range. The appliance salesperson Wang, wasn’t any help. He was very rude and disrespectful. He didn’t offer any help or insight, just a disrespectful and rude POS. He said he has 15 years of experience in selling appliances. But he didn’t offer us any insight. He just told us, I don’t this it sucks. He named the brands he favors and walked away. We’ll never go back to this garbage location again.

Went to Lowe's this morning to get some plywood for the deck. No pressure treated plywood in ANY size. How do you go into a busy weekend with no plywood in the store? Not good stock management. Come on Lowes Brandon, you can do better.

Worst customer service ever. I had an order delivered in severely damaged condition so I returned it same day. Lowes canceled the install but never canceled the item even after I called them and told them to cancel. I did not want another (it was a dishwasher I needed one asap so I went and found one in stock). The person I spoke to even called me back to say he confirmed it was canceled. Fast forward 2 months and they still have not refunded my Lowe's credit card and they continue to call me to see when I want to reschedule delivery of the item. I have gone into the store multiple times and I've called multiple times. I don't understand why they cannot handle this once and for all. I've literally spent an hour on hold today because they continue to put me on hold and then they leave me there forever and never come back. I highly recommend you never shop at this Lowe's
