Went to Lush for the sticky dates hair primer and Jenna and Ej were so kind and welcoming. I went 20 minutes before they closed and they were still so sweet to me and answered all of my questions. Ej gave me amazing suggestions when it came to hair primer recommendations, and Jenna knew so much about the bath products I loved learning from her! Will definitely be returning 🥰

E.J. is truly a ray of sunshine—enthusiastic, helpful, informative, and wonderfully personable. While I was browsing, I overheard her advising another customer, and before long she was sharing her knowledge with my daughters and niece. She described the jelly shower soap with such excitement that we had to try it—and of course, we left with one (plus plenty of other goodies!).
When we inquired about a glitter-infused spray but hesitated at the price, E.J. surprised us by bringing over a heart-shaped glitter wax bar. She demonstrated it on herself and then asked if she could try it on each of us. Needless to say, we were sold! Two heart bars later—along with bath bombs and our jelly shower soap—we left not only with great products, but also with joy thanks to E.J.’s exceptional service.

I absolutely love this place!! Complications from diabetes have left my leg itchy and irritated, and within a few days it feels and looks 50 times better. Wanna also give a shout out because I ran out of lotion(dream cream) about 4 days before I got paid and was trying to just get a sample for the day, and they gave an amount I usually buy on the house to get through until I get paid. Thank you so much to everyone that works there, and I will be expanding into other creams like face washes and beard oil because I believe in your products so much.

I stopped in because I needed some retail after a rough day. EJ helped me out and is seriously the sweetest person I have ever met. Beyond helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. She really turned a bad day into a good one. Thank you!!!

Izzy and Ej were amazing! From the moment we walked in, they welcomed us with big smiles and positive energy.
They gave us a full rundown of the store, explained the products in detail, and made sure we felt comfortable trying things out.
What really stood out was how patient and knowledgeable they were. They took their time answering all our questions and made the whole visit feel like an experience, not just a shopping trip. You can tell they really love what they do, and it made us even more excited to explore everything.
Between the incredible customer service and the always-amazing products, Lush never disappoints. I'm obsessed with the shimmy shimmy. Thank you, Izzy and EJ, for making our visit so fun and memorable!

I finally got over my initial intimidation of entering the store to shop for a grieving friend. I tiptoed inside and the overwhelming amount of products and options stared, judging me. Intoxicated by the lovely scents and natural vibes, I continued further. Only moments later, Jenna and EJ swooped down to light my way.
All seriousness, Jenna and EJ were absolutely incredible. They showed me 5-star customer support as I stumbled to find the right gift. They taught me everything I needed to know about the store, including the charity support. I don’t think I’ve gotten support like that in a very long time (almost never in a mall). They changed my perception of the store, helped me build an adorable gift, complete with wrap and note tags, and showed me that true hospitality is not extinct.
Give these ladies a raise, or a day off!!!
