You can never get in touch with these people! I’ve called what feels like a million times and no one ever answers and there is never anyone in office even during business hours. It’s terrible, then to make it worse they are under new management and they’re just as hard to reach!

I have been trying to get in touch with these people nonstop about making a payment. They've now told me they're selling my unit but refuse to tell me how to make a payment, and have disabled my online access. My code to the gate NEVER worked, new management took over, and told me they'd be better about responding. I've made dozens of calls and sent a ton of emails and still no response. I don't know why they can't just tell me when I can bring in a payment, as the last 2 or 3 times I've tried no one was there!

I can NEVER reach them by phone OR at the Valrico office. Either phone number says "People's Storage of Valrico" then when comes to leave message says "mailbox full you can't leave a message"!?!? HOW do I pay for my unit??? I have been calling since Thursday and it's now Saturday Sept 3rd. I'm not paying late fee if you're closed on holiday Monday!

Extremely small spaces. You cant get a refrigerator in there. We could not see the place before renting it because as we were told there is no one there to show the place. Disappointed.

Used to be a nice and inexpensive place to rent I've been there 8 year's my stuff For Christmas Halloween Easter all decoration for the holidays got wed Because leaked inside and then they cut lock on one of my units "by mistake" she said there was 2 locks but when I came back to check it one the one that belongs to them lol. They change management every 8 month. I give them 2 star because the price . Would not recommend it to anybody else to rent it. The event had people living in the units.
