The Brandon, Fla. location never answers the phone. Try every department throughout the day and get the same result. No answer. This is not the first time. The only time I do get an answer is when I push prompts for HR during business hours. Seriously, do better.

It's no wonder stores are losing business to online sales. This store, which I drove an hour to get to had almost NOTHING shown online. It might be okay for locals to browse without results.....I found multiple things in kitchen goods online I wanted to purchase and felt buying them in store would allow me to decide on color, size, weight, etc. They had NONE of the many Dutch ovens on sale, NO lasagna pans with handles and multiple items with no prices. Multiple racks were empty or had a token box. A clerk ventured by and asked to help, had no clue about kitchen products, marched me 2 departments over to check what I was looking for online and then got distracted with another customer. I was so disenfranchised, I didn't bother to shop any other departments and just left. That was probably a good thing. The store itself is HUGE and beautiful. But no merchandise, no purchases.

Thank you to Macy's Home Dept in Brandon. You made me feel like family shopping in there for my new home. I appreciate you wishing me blessings in my new home and your pleasant smile and respect. I also got so much on clearance and sales. What a wonderful experience.

Nancy in home goods always helps I want to say thank you to her she really knows what she's doing and she deserves an exceptional notification I've been come in for years and she's always there to take care of me since DIDI is not there anymore she's the one I go to always goes beyond 100% always so thank you Nancy
