Not crazy for this mall so many years still similar and less options of choices sit down areas. Deserted, nothing to have a bit of relaxing. too many females wearing clothing that has their body parts glutes hanging out that's nasty and not right little kids walking and in carriages at eye level for them to have that in their face! This mall is not monitored with safety, nor with appropriate dressing attire! Owners of the mall should try to get better care for this mall or revamp it as an outdoor mall with better seating opportunities and parking safety designated.

I generally avoid the jewelry vounter because some of the ladies are a bit standoffish. Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Ms. Questa. I had been directed to the counter to process a return. About an hour later I left having bought four pairs of gold earrings and feeling like I had made a new friend for life. Ms. Quests treated me with such genuine kindness and care, and we had the best of time picking out four pairs of gold earrings. That is what customer service is supposed to look like at its core. Sadly, one no longer experiences such service at department stores these days. Ms. Questa did an amazing job selling me not one, not two, not three, but FOUR pairs of gold earrings and I left feeling wonderfully well she had helped me spend that much money ?

My boyfriend and I (an interracial couple) are greatly disappointed at the lack of respect we received at Macy’s today. As we were smelling the colognes, we noticed an employee staring at us and she was standing way too close to us. We started walking away and the woman continued to stare at us and followed us throughout some parts of the store. We don’t want to assume why, but you can guess why she was following us.
