We had the best experience today shopping for and purchasing 2 mattresses due to the excellent salesperson , Laura. She is very knowledgeable, no pressure, friendly, funny and cared about and understood our needs. The store looks amazing and extremely clean and attractive. Kudos though again to Laura for all of her help and personality!

Working with Laura and “Z” to purchase a new bed was an absolute joy! I initially ordered a mattress that was not as plush as I had hoped, so after trying the mattress for 30 days, I contacted the store for an exchange. I worked with “Z” for the exchange and he made it so easy! Both Laura and “Z” are top notch professionals who kindly and efficiently assisted me with this process. Due to their excellent customer service, I will always use Mattress Firm when purchasing a bed in the future. Our Sleep Expert, Joshua, was excellent. I’ve never quite understood what my type in a mattress was until Josh walked me through a test to find exactly what my fit was. Josh was also very friendly, and made the experience quite pleasant in our search. We will certainly be back again when the time comes for a new mattress.
