“Picked up a screw in my tire while driving. Went to see Olin Mott without an appointment hoping they’d get me in. Not only did they patch the tire, they refilled the nitrogen in the tire, then topped off the remaining tires and reset my car’s tire pressure monitoring system - all in under an hour. Highly recommend these guys for any tire related issues. And the staff is phenomenal on top of it all.”

“There is no quicker oil change place in Brandon! They are always so efficient and do not try to sell you up charges like a lot of other places. They will check your air vents and show you them but it seems like that’s only every other oil change I’ve had there (which I’m okay with because who needs to be reminded that they haven’t changed their air filter since the early 2000’s, am I right? ?). Anyway, definitely plan to continue coming here for my synthetic oil changes!”

“The guys at Mad Hatter did great work on My Audi. I came in with a Fuel Gasket problem my car was serviced ASAP. Also the shop was closed early when I arrived to pick up my car and the owner Dave still made it happen. I was still able to pick up my car even though the shop was closed early for the day. I definitely recommend getting service here!!”

“We had a difficult vibration issue with an MDX. It took HiTech 3 visits to fully address the issue which was very expensive to fix. On the positive side, HiTech dealt with us in a very professional manner and made sure we were happy ultimately offering to not charge us for some of the labor/parts if the problem remained after the 3rd visit. On the negative side, this process took a long time which we incurred rental car costs. We would have liked to have seen HiTech do a better job of researching issues for a fully addressed solution the first time and take the time to fully test drive the solution rather than returning the car for the owner to discover. This was however a difficult problem with multiple parts needed to address. In the end, our car drives better than new now.”
