“My wife and I recently brought her Toyota in for a brake checkup since the car has hit 100k miles. To our surprise, our mechanic, Bill stated that they were fine and had plenty of life left on them. He did recommend rotating our tires, which we agreed to without any issue since we knew they were overdue. We appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Stephanie at the front desk was always courteous with any questions we had. Will definitely return for future services.”
“This is not our first time to Clarke, yet the first time with my 2023 Mazda CX5. All I’ve had to do so far is oil changes and air filter changes for maintenance.
I was told by Ferman Mazda Brandon that my vehicle needed $3800 in repairs ASAP; that it wasn’t safe to drive because of a suspension “gasket” than was worn. What?! A gasket or bushing doesn’t last even 50k miles!? The dealership also wanted $500 to water test my vehicle. There was a funky smell like mold/mildew with NOthing wet inside my car. Sunroof drain tubes worked perfectly. So dang frustrating!! I didn’t have faith in them.
Becky with Clarke Automotive is my new bestie! We’d talked several times about my husband’s vehicle. She personally checked for the smell several times as well as the mechanic. We decided to sanitize the a/c condenser. That helped.
Nothing the dealership said was necessary was. Not one thing.
All this to say, Clarke Automotive and their entire staff are exceptional!! Becky and Billie Jo are excellent front people for the company. “Marc is one if not the most honorable people | have ever had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with he is the definition of what I look for in a guy to take care of my vehicle. I know vary little about cars and always leave getting anything done for my car with a feeling of uncertainty Whether that be from if they actually fixed my problem correctly to if charged me appropriately for what they have done. With Marc that is not the case at all helped me to feel involved by explaining and showing me it all and what would be needed and what could be passed on in his opinion, which I really appreciate considering I don't really have money like that not gonna replace something unless it needs to be. Beyond that I actually feel bad I should have left this 2 months ago but the reason I am leaving one now is my car had another problem and he fixed my problem so good last time wanted to make sure I came back to him for a second man he did not disappoint. Give me a great price on an easy fix that I thought it was gonna cost a lot more. Luckily for me, I got Marc On my side and he was able to figure out the problem very easily and give me a great price point beating all competitors by a big gap. I don’t know what I would do without him (probably have less money in my pocket). make sure to come by and get your stuff taken care of by a honest genuine person like Marc, never will forget you my guy and will be getting any business I can send your way. All of the fixes for him Have been perfect fixes and also just Honest diagnosis, which I can appreciate I always find That I leave getting my car fixed with the feeling of did they actually fix my problem or did I get overcharged or did they charge appropriately for the work they did here I never have that problem. In fact I feel like I got a discount. Can’t think him in his crew enough hopefully won’t see you soon but if something happens, you’ll be the first person I call. Als Photos my caliber was all the way up against my wheel well and now it’s in the correct place just for reference.”

“Made an appointment to get new tires for my 2007 Honda Element. Got there about 15 mins early, John came up to the register and quickly checked me in. He said it would take about 1.5 hours. My daughter and I went to the Club Cafe to hangout while we waited. To my astonishment, I got a call from Carl saying the tires were put on in 45 minutes! He checked my battery too. It was awesome! Drove the car home. The new tires make such a difference in the feel of the ride. “Had a flat tire emergency in Brandon Florida. Pulled into pep boys close to closing . Abel said don’t worry I would be glad to fix your tire . After inspection he explained it wasn’t fixable and showed me why . He offered me a price in a new tire . I was hesitant because I wasnt prepared . Then he said I can give u a price and put your spare tire on for you . He was so nice and helpful I just decided to put two new tires in the rear . While I was checking out to leave another man come in after closing . He had an emergency flat with no spare . Abel said no worries we will help u even though we are closed . Jahsh was immensely helpful in inspecting the issue, not only showing me but also explaining exactly what was wrong, and then ordering the tire and locating the rim needed. My car was having issues with A/C, so I took it to a franchised company. They quoted me a ridiculous amount and stated my car needed multiple repairs. I brought it into Hi-Tech Auto and told them I wanted a second opinion. Not only did they fix my original issue, but they did not upsell me on anything extra I didn’t want/need. The cost was also a fraction of the original cost quoted at the first company, which was amazing. I had the pleasure of being helped by Genell and Kevin who were so friendly and helpful!!! Hi-Tech Auto has made a life long customer!!! Thank you guys!!!!”
