“We had a difficult vibration issue with an MDX. It took HiTech 3 visits to fully address the issue which was very expensive to fix. On the positive side, HiTech dealt with us in a very professional manner and made sure we were happy ultimately offering to not charge us for some of the labor/parts if the problem remained after the 3rd visit. On the negative side, this process took a long time which we incurred rental car costs. We would have liked to have seen HiTech do a better job of researching issues for a fully addressed solution the first time and take the time to fully test drive the solution rather than returning the car for the owner to discover. This was however a difficult problem with multiple parts needed to address. In the end, our car drives better than new now.”

Not only did they patch the tire, they refilled the nitrogen in the tire, then topped off the remaining tires and reset my car’s tire pressure monitoring system - all in under an hour. “At the Pep Boys location I made an appointment and once I got it my car was immediately attended to. Ben made sure the servicing was correct as I put online and got it on the floor right away. They did a great job with timing as well. I noticed a discrepancy with one of the tires and Ben told me to bring the car back and acknowledged the problem and replaced the tire for me with no problems at all. “My daughter purchased a set of tires online Took them to a different brand store to have the tires mounted and balanced i naturally always use Tires plus on Bloomingdale For servicing of all my vehicles, so I took it in to have the Front alignment change the oil and replace the parking light bulbs on the vehicle. Nelson called me and informed me that the tires were not properly done one of the wheels didn’t have any wheel weights at all his employee replaced the bulbs, and all the servicing on the vehicle Nelson went above and beyond. At that point, took care of everything for me, did not charge me for my parking light to be installed, nor for bub. I thought that was incredible of him. If anyone ever needs any service don’t get ripped by going to different places stop in at tires plus ask for Nelson and he will definitely treat you right he’s located on Bloomingdale, I will make sure all my family and friends take their vehicles to him. He is incredible.”

“I went to the dealership for an oil change and was told I also needed 4 new tires, and it would cost $800+. My car is two years old, with less than 30,000 miles on it. I decided to take it to Costco Tire Center instead of buying from the dealership. Costco told me I DIDN’T need new tires, my tires were fine (with the exception of a nail in one of the tires, which caused a slow leak). The cost to repair the tire was $11. Costco saved me a ton of money, and when I do finally need new tires, I’ll be going to Costco for them! I no longer trust the dealership either!”

“I had a reasonably weird, but apparently common problem with my hyundai. I ordered the replacement part online and began dialing mechanics in the area to try and find one who could do the installation. Every other mechanic in the local area either couldn't/wouldn't do it, or was charging upwards of $130 for the install. When I called Leasure, I was directed to a mechanic who unlike all the others actually asked me what was happening with my car, and when I explained immediately said "Oh that's a common issue with hyundais." That alone would have earned my business, but then the price I was quoted was $75, nearly half that of every other mechanic around. I brought my car in, and they were able to do the install that same day. 5/5 stars, would recommend to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.”
