Soriya went above and beyond to make my shopping experience amazing. She took the time to search throughout the entire store to help me find the right pair of shoes and then made an even better recommendation that I ended up loving. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help.
I came in with only about 20 minutes until closing, and she never once rushed me or made me feel like an inconvenience. Her positive attitude and dedication truly stood out. Soriya is an excellent employee, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her help. Five stars all around!

I want to thanks Yari for going the extra mile for me by searching for two particular christmas clothing items through the store, the online store, and nearby stores. And even though she was unable to find those items, she still put a lot of effort to help me out. That's an excellent customer service!!!

Employees are rude and just stand there doing nothing!! I was there to return clothes that didn't fit my kids and the rude employee said my clothes smelled like laundry detergent when it didn't. These people won't be getting my money anymore

Sat in line for 20 minutes while 2 managers consoled an angry customer. They took so much care they were all laughing and smiling when the rude customer left. All the frustrated customers patiently waited in line while the 2 managers just walked away. Doing nothing for the giant line of paying customers that were just inconvenienced by an unruly customer. So annoyed.

Quality control was seriously lacking with this order. All 3 pants are supposed to be the same size yet they are all different lengths! I honestly thought I was crazy for a couple months until finally pulling out a measuring tape today. I spend too much money for this kind of quality! The chat agent only wanted to send me a UPS label so that I have to mail these back to you while your team decides if there's an actual issue. Awful!

My experience at Old Navy was very sweet I think the gentleman that that interacted with me on today's visit February 10th 2025 he was very kind to me on my visit in January today the person at the register was not so interactive but my overall visit was kind and sweet basically because of the gentleman that was folding jeans and putting them on the table
