First time mom - and I love coming here for deals on baby items! I’ve found the cutest clothes, super discounted diaper pail and bassinet, and books. The staff is friendly and helpful too.

Place is real hard to find thinsgs. Super messy and employees are no where. Some kid working left this girl all by herself and he was gone for like an hour. Spoke to her and I guess he was in the bathroom what a joke. Felt bad for her cuz she looked stressed doing everything. Someone needs to fix this store.

I used to shop here while pregnant trying to accumulate stuff for my first baby and the store was clean, easy accessible and the employees were attentive. Recently though it feels like the store is a mess, the employees are hard to find and the products are not what they used to be. I hope they can fix this issue because I’ll be driving to a different store now because this one is not welcoming anymore. Very disappointed in the lack of care of this store now.
Update: Thank you for the owners response but I do not sell items there so no I am not mistaken of the store I have gone to so how would you know who I am? Or even have a record of my visits? I purchase items not sell. I am having my first child so I have no items to donate yet. Especially not to this store in Brandon. The one who normally checked me out was some girl with a neck tattoo. Still disappointed even in the response another reason to not come here. Cannot even take responsibility for your own store and the employees there. Don’t shop here people.

We visited the store to look for secondhand children’s clothing and found a wide variety of items. At the entrance, there were bicycles, strollers, and walkers, showing they have plenty of inventory, though the exterior looked a bit cluttered and the glass and floor could use more care.
Inside, the selection of baby and kids’ clothing was large, with affordable prices ranging from $5 to $7 per piece. Customer service was very good in both English and Spanish; the staff genuinely cared about whether we found what we needed and guided us to the right sections. The main area for improvement would be overall cleanliness, as the floors and carpets seemed a bit neglected. With better maintenance, the shopping experience could be excellent.

This place is a joke! My niece purchased two items from them about 3 weeks ago. She kept them in the babies nursery and at her baby shower she received similar items. I picked them up today from her house and brought them to the store and the lady said she wasn’t going to take one because of stains and then started to say the same about the second one and I had spoke up before she got the words out . Funny we just purchased these from THIS STORE and she quickly changed and said oh I was going to offer you something for this bassinet when you could clearly see the stains on the outer part ! So you sell your stained products but won’t rebuy them back ? Funny how her attitude changed when she was told they were purchased here . I don’t shop this one anymore for this reason and because it’s a revolving door for employees! The good ones never stay ! Trust me when I tell you there’s plenty of clothes in that store that are stained including the two bassinets purchased there ! Also she told me that my stroller was on a recall list and I’ll have to check how long that’s been on a recall list because guess what was purchased also at their store ! Ha ha . Don’t bother even bringing things in to this location. It’s worth driving to any other location . I won’t ever be back and I can spend some money at once upon a child . Never this location again!

The store is a great place to shop for kids clothes and not break the bank! Great prices, friendly staff always greeting you as you walk in and if you need any assistance ..they have reorganized inside and things are easy to find ! Love this place !

The Worst Location ever !!! Every time I’ve came in Here I’ll I see is CLUTTER!!!!! Barely room to walk or push a stroller through , not to mention I’ve seen numerous of items that were dirty , had Stains , & worn out ! Don’t ever sell to them unless you have a bunch of shoes if it’s anything else you’ll barely get any money from them!!!!!!! Take the drive to the location in Tampa! Big nice new building, plenty of walking room , lots of nice clean clothes and shoes , a big variety . trust me you’ll never be back to the Brandon location again!!

I brought a crate of clothes that was evaluated at $89 worth of store credit and $14 cash at the Tampa location. I don't accept bc it is too far from my house and I could not find anything at that store. $89 store credit is a lot! I went to the Brandon location and they offered me $35!!! I was shocked! ..I couldn't ask for my items back or negotiate for more in store credit bc it was too close to kids pick up time. The previous review stated she was offered $30 for 16 dresses. I had about 40 items that were brand new with tags or like new condition (hence the $89 store credit and $14 cash from the Tampa location). I will not sell to this store again! I would rather donate somewhere else. They will make at least a $200 profit if they sell everything for $5 and many of those item will be sold above that rate. I regret not speaking up or questioning. I should have taken my items back. It could have blessed someone else for free! I would have given it to the other location for free! I gave 3 stars bc the place is clean the people are nice. I felt a bit cheated doing the buy back, which is why I deducted 2 stars.

If you’re looking to sell, I’d look for other places to offer selling. Doesn’t matter how much you payed for your items, they only give you 30% back of what they offer to sell it for.
