I went in there this morning 03/27/2024 with a bag of gently used kids clothing. I walked in and no one greeted me and the person I went with. I got in line and told them I was looking to sell my children’s clothing. One lady said I’ll need your ID so we can get you signed in but proceeded to do other things behind the counter as I’m holding my ID in my hand waiting to give it to her. Another lady walks over and takes my ID, tells me I’ll get a text message and to follow the prompts. When I was done I was told to come back in an hour. I come back after receiving a text, again no welcome in but I couldn’t help but notice they were super polite to the white family in front of me and white customers walking in. After ringing up the person in front of me the younger gal with dark hair says “are you ready?” As if I hadn’t been standing there waiting for at least 5-7 minutes already. She asks for my last name and gets the bag. I could tell they didn’t take much and she says for the items they took it would be $5.55 that I could receive in cash. So I tell her okay lets do that. She puts the cash in my hand and didn’t say a word. Not a thank you for coming in or have a good day she just puts in my hand and I was just baffled at how awful their customer service is. I personally won’t be selling clothes to them anymore and will be sharing this experience to warn others about the awful experience we had.

If I could give 0 I would horrible place, brought two huge bags of baby clothes from 0-12 months, perfect condition no stains some of it was new never worn. This place sent me home and told me to come back by the end of the day. When I came back they gave me back two bags that I brought. It was fill as if they haven’t taken anything. The reason I know they haven’t looked through it is because the clothes was folded like I put it in. What was the point of wasting my time driving there bringing stuff just to come back and pick it up later. Waste of gas and huge disappointment. Don’t even know why radio talks about them. Will sell in bulk on marketplace. Don’t waste your time going there!!!!!!

I had a good experience in the store but then when I went to my car a lady chased after me yelling at me about taking the cart to unload all the stuff I got. There were no signs about taking the cart to your car and I didn’t appreciate her yelling at me, because she is too lazy to get the carts when I would have put it back in the correct spot. I had tons of toys and clothes that I couldn’t carry myself. Disappointed with the awful lazy attitude.

I never had problems with attitudes. You can choose not to sell your items if you don't like the choice they give you. I actually got more for clothes. It all depends on wear and tear. Then other half I sold off of offer up or donated them. So there is a wait each time you go in. Make sure it's clean. Or your price will be drop. I still have store credit. I don't plan on using it yet. But if something same price for new item. I'm going after the newer itemThat's just me.

It’s always a good place to go recycle your kids clothes and grab new gently used ones, the only thing is the price they pay for your clothes are not really worth it.

Today wasn't the best of visits to this location. Usually I patron this store selling/buying a couple times a year. Each visit has been different with different staff each time, never the same people working here.Today is was greeted by a brown haired woman who loudly explained : "If you're going to sell here today, no matter where you live you have to be back here to pick up your drop off sale items by 8 pm or they will be discarded!'I've never been greeted that way by a consignment store. Especially one that relies on the public for sales to profit their store.Currently (July 2023) they do not want any baby clothes/items. They are only accepting the following: Kids shorts and swimsuits, Jordan's, name brand tee shirts, or bassinets. Things to know in my experience selling here:MOST IMPORTANT: just be nice, because most peopleWorking here aren't that kind or well mannered in customer service. They won't give you much for your items, honestly you'll have better chances selling on Facebook market place. Most parents are willing to pay what you're asking for your kids items and they will even travel toYou to pick them up. Easy service on both ends no middle man. The store is usually over crowded with stuff everywhere. Not that organized but, they do tend to host seasonal sales. Also note: I wouldn't try to sell items during the holidays. It's not worth your time. Better to purchase used kids items during their holiday sale instead.Lastly, if you're trying to sell ride on toys, you won't make near as much as you paid for them. Sell them for cash at a local garage sale instead. You'll be glad you did. No photos this time. Disappointing visit.

I love this store! I've been to 3 locations and ALL have been great! Super great prices! Really cool toys u can find or furniture. Then a HUGE selection of clothes for your littles. Your welcomed when u arrive and greeted when u leave. lolI am really glad whoever came up w the idea of this store! It helps a ton of parents. Especially w/the cost of clothes, and all else.

I've been shopping at OUAC for quite some time, so this review is long overdue. Even though I have shopped at other locations, Brandon is my favorite! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and some of them even know my name, since I shop there often. I love finding great deals on clothing, shoes, toys, and books. There's a wide variety of brands, styles, and sizes to choose from. It's surprising how many brand-new items I've come across and bought for a fraction of its retail price. “Tote Bag Tuesday” is great; anything that fits inside my OUAC tote bag is discounted an additional 10%. Selling to this store is easy and convenient, and I don't have to bother with trying to post and communicate with strangers on selling apps. If you love a great selection and great deals, this is your store!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Came early in the day to sell a small bag of clothes and I was told to return at 8 when the store closes. I returned before closing and the girl at the counter told me a couple of the items they took was worth $1 and some change and was I told “There isn’t a high demand” for some of the items I had. I had a few newborn items in the bags included with some toddler items. They only took the toddler items . The store is just overflowing with junk and clothes. What’s the point of having customers sell baby items to you if you’re going to low ball them? Save your time and energy and just donate your items to a Goodwill or a Charity organization. Had I know I was only going to receive $1.00 I wouldn’t have wasted my time coming here.

They sold me a mama roo last September. I went in to sell it back, with its original tag on it. The lady told me they can’t even touch it and it should’ve never been sold to me because it was recalled in August. Poor business.

I loved coming to this location for clothes for my little ones. But when I brought in my son's bike I was accused of trying to sell something that someone else tried selling earlier that day or week (not sure). She questioned if I came with someone else, I said yes my husband (who literally just walked past her to give me the bike so I could stand in line), then she questioned me if I got the bike from some lady, I was really confused by this and let her that I bought the bike a couple years ago from target, then she proceeded to tell me a bunch of legal stuff about not being able to resell this that don't belong to me. At this point I was really upset and very embarrassed since I had no idea where this was coming from, this was my first time trying to sell something there. Essentially she was accusing me of taking something from someone else at some point and trying to sell it even when I told her I bought it from target. After she told me a bunch of legal stuff about not being able to resell things that aren't mine, she let me know that this specific bike had a recall on it. Versus accusing someone of something, she could have just let me know there was a recall and they couldn't purchase it. I did thank her for letting me know that (had the recall information processed after I found out about this) but after my experience at the Brandon location, I'll probably never step back in there. I am pregnant and hormonal as it is, and it took everything in me to not start crying when I realized what she was accusing me of. She did this loudly and Infront of everyone and people were staring at me and it was absolutely mortifying being all but called a thief and a criminal. My husband and I have spent a ton of money in this location, even spent a couple hundred in there on memorial day. But we won't be returning due to how I was treated on 6/10/23. I wish I paid more attention to what her name was, but at that point I just wanted to get out of there because I didn't want to cry in front of a bunch of people.
