Customer service is HORRIFIC! The receptionists POKE FUN OF SICK PATIENTS and leave them in the waiting area for extended periods of time when there are no other patients, no matter how sick they are. Doctors perform unnecessary medical testing to pad the bill and never give an honest diagnosis as to what is wrong with the patient. I will NEVER go back to this UNPROFESSIONAL office nor would I ever TRUST any of these so called doctors again!!!!!

This place is the worst. New patient they make you do bloof work at 10:30. Fasting is required. Waited a half hour asled how much longer and the standard " they will be with you shortly". Waoted another 20 minutes finally said forget it. The receptionist said ok like i dont care. DO NOT GO THERE. That was my first and only visit to this place.

Dr. Nazario is a blessing to me! She is so caring and compassionate! I'm doing so much better since I've been seeing her! God bless her amazing and huge heart for having so much patience with my hubby?.The staff is amazing! In triage they really helped my husband with a severe burn on his foot! Always showing compassion.

I love being a patient here,the staff is amazing.i have only been their client for a few months and never been so happy I switched to them.i have had a few surgerys in the last few months and they call me and check on me to see how I am doing that just shows that my care is important to them wether I'm in the office or home Keisha Roberts is fantastic and Tracy and the whole staff is just so curtiouse and patient and understanding so glad to be here

It they were on time in here for once, that would be a miracle. I constantly have to call or physically come to the office to make sure they are doing my wife's referrals.

This office doesn’t even deserve one star. It’s the worst Drs office I’ve ever been in. My father’s treatment was terrible there and my mother’s is too. We need to get her out of there. There’s no consistency on who will be her Dr. To many people giving her orders on medication. That’s how you kill the elderly. The nurse practitioner gives you an order, a Dr sticks his head in tells you something else, the case worker tells you something and then they give you a print out that gives you different information. That’s what I call incompetent . When you return to the office the try to put blame on the patient or her family. NO I don’t play that game.

Skilled & Compassionate Medical CareDr.Nazario takes time to ensure that she knows your state of health, and that her directions are understood. She has been better than the best of friends, to my poor mother. She is never flippant or dismissive.The staff have always accurately & quickly passed along my messages to nurses or doctor. There were times when I thought my frequent communications would be frustrating them, but I was always reassured otherwise.When urgent concerns arose, staff scheduled my mother for same-day service & made time for her. We turned a dangerous hospital-acquired infection around before risking sepsis, this way.I'm happy to still have my mom with me -- in no small part due to the efforts of these fine women & men.

With my mothers medical condition declining within the last year, you would think that her doctors office would work with you side by side with you. Well, that has been proven time after time, incident after incident to be wrong. To me worst of them all is the lying from who is making appointments, which they would blame on my mother who is either in the hospital or in rehabilitation. To her requiring a wheel chair after her discharge from the hospital, waiting 10 days and still no wheel chair. Well my mother fell and got hurt, which required her to be sent right back to the hospital that just discharged her. In her records they have an assignment of medical surrogate, which I needed for several different reasons. It was emailed it to me and the hospital, and when I had call again regarding this document. I was made to wait weeks for them to call me back to say its not in her file. They place you on a forever hold to have the call disconnected, never calling you back. Had to resort to calling the administrative office in St. Petersburg to get them to help me The document was located within 2 minutes of their search, I also brought to their attention of the letter on my moms declining health.At this point I am so disappointed in this office and their lack of empathy to their patients and their families. Knowing why I needed the assignment of surrogate for her care, due to her mental decline. Unfortunately, my mothers medical condition wont allow me to change her doctor at this point, I have no choice in continuing with this office.Fortunately for my mother I have over thirty years medical experience, and I know full well of the process. Going forward I hope that I have no further problems due to my getting the administrative offices involved So, we shall see. Signed a concerned daughter.

This is the worst doctor office ever. They lie to you. They won’t delete records of mine that I gave them. The staff is playing music and joking around. They gossip about me and patience. They use cuss words. It’s a bad place for you to go to. They don’t care about anything. Screwed up place.

I absolutely love Dr. Nazario! She is kind, compassionate, and always takes time to listen to my concerns. Recently, I found out that my younger brother, whom I’m very close to, has very aggressive stage 4 cancer. I was broken hearted and couldn’t stop crying. I needed some recommendations for therapy and possibly a short-term antidepressant. She stayed with me and talked to me until I was in a better place emotionally and made me feel like I could get through this difficult situation. She is truly an angel on earth who has found her calling and I am so grateful that I found her! The rest of her staff is awesome, too. For those of you who get annoyed when you have to wait to see the doctor, just remember that health care encompasses both the body and the mind. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to care for patients than is expected and when you need that extra time to make sure your needs are met, Dr. Nazario and her staff will take a little extra time with you, too.
