The worst service I had!
I rented Hertz, they require to do maintenance in PepBoys, which is right next door.
They assured me it will take about 1 hour. Tire rotation and check marks EV inspection.
Jeff, blue shirt , he was making a jokes at the beginning, I thought hmm nice atmosphere. I gave them a time credit, I waited 2.5 hours.
I thought it’s way enough to done everything.
By the way Jeff left the shop.
I came to a guy, he said ooohhh it’s your EV parked there?!
Yes, I said.
Ohhh, my service team declined the service for car because mileage he put is different they have, and I did NOTHING with the car, guy said.
I was so pissed off of the situation. Jeff seems can do only fun at the shop no information transfer or coordination. Another guy so lazy to ask questions about the order hanging on the wall , and decided to do NOTHING. Total 3 hours20 minutes I spend there. If you want to watch your preferred TV Show on your phone and have nothing to do definitely go to this location.

Service was great and prices. Military discount was helpful as well. Love these guys. My car rides fantastic from Brakes work and New tires. Thumbs up.

Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience
I came in for a basic oil change and to fix a flat tire—nothing major—and ended up waiting almost four hours. From the start, communication was poor and the staff were not helpful.
When I first asked, “Was my car approved by the fleet company?” the front desk guy snapped, “I don’t know, I just came back through the door!” Later, when I asked, “How much longer will it take? I’ve been here almost four hours,” he just said, “We had to wait for the approval.” I replied, “I’ve been here too long,” and his response was just, “OK!”—no explanation, no empathy.
The attitude was rude and dismissive, and no one kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. If this is how they treat customers, I won’t be coming back. They seriously need to work on their communication and customer service skills.

Store manager helped me out even though they were close to close and the mechanic; Diego went above and beyond to exceed our needs. Will definitely be back 👍

Excellent Customer Service Experience at this Brandon Location. Ted is an Excellent Tech as well is Fred at the front counter, great knowledge and advisor. Nice waiting lobby area.

Horrible services. Manager asked me to go because there was more people on the line. I waited for one hour and the. He said " sorry I have to move you to another day" and I alredy had an appointment.

Horrible service. I schedule and appointment at 1pm and the "manager" said there is nothing that he can do since he has more people and that is not his problem. Also because I speak Spanish and English is not my first language he asked me to go to "Spanish shop" so random manager

Absolutely terrible customer service. Made an appointment to have my car checked after the oil and check engine light came on. The man working, presumably the manager or supervisor, belittled me for not taking it back to the oil change place (even though i explained that they only do oil changes so I’m not sure what they would do for a check engine light). He continued to speak to me in a disrespectful tone pushing me away as a customer, pretty much refusing me service almost. Do not go here as they need to learn some basic customer service skills.
