Made an appointment for 9:15. Arrived and saw there was a line waiting to be checked in. Waited paitently for other dogs to be checked in and receptionist to answer the phone for a five-minute conversation. When she was finally ready to check us in, the receptionist informed me that I was late (as if I had just arrived and rushed in the door) and that she didn't know if they could still accommodate my pup. The groomer came out and when she asked what services we were here for (as if I didn't select everything prior to the appointment), she informed me that for a haircut, they could only shave my dog completely, and not trim her.I've taken my pup to the Westshore location multiple times with absolutely no issues whatsoever, and I just moved out into the Brandon area. I was hoping to have the same great experience a little bit closer to my new place. That clearly didn't happen and I guess I will be making the trek back to Westshore for the foreseeable future, since they know how to trim a dog's hair and greet you like they're interested in your business.

My Store, My Brandon Blvd Store! The BEST customer service I have ever received. I have been treated with care EVERY time. The associates are always super busy and still manage to find the time to help everyone that comes through the door. I was signed up for the Rewards Program and have taken full advantage with buying food for our 12 dogs! We also have a snake and Axolotl and I always find what I need. Ryan takes care of fish and reptile questions. I am grateful for all of the associates of that store!!!

This is by far the best customer service I’ve ever received at a pet store. Every employee I spoke with was friendly and helpful. They all look happy to help, to pet the animals, and to answer questions. The trainer (Sabrina) is wonderful! She’s patient, knowledgeable and adapts to your needs. The training groups are small, making it easier for the pups to learn. I almost gave the store 4 stars vs 5 based in the variety of products, but honestly, the employees make such a huge difference that I feel they deserve 5/5. Their main competitor has a slightly advantage over them when it comes to products, but I’ve rather come here just based on how nice the employees are.

Store was very clean and organized. They had Santa available to take photos with your pet. Prices with in range and variety of selection was good. Staff were polite and grooming service needs slight improvement on their greeting skills. Over all I would shop here again.

I bought my puppy highly expensive but at the time I didn’t mind thinking that I was getting an AKC register dog. We asked and were told that yes, and the papers have AKC initials all over, all these misleading. The dogs are CHIP REGISTER with AKC but the dog breed is register under ACA (puppy mill) that means same as pick up a dog from the street, because there is not guarantee that are pure breed. If you don’t know the difference about AKC Reunite and AKC n ACA you aren’t going to understand and they will not explain it to you. Please make sure that you know what you get from your money. I pay $5k for a dog that should not cost more than $500. YES, same that be scam. Great customer service too good to be true.

I drove 40 minutes to come to a vaccine appointment for my dog and upon arrival at 12:50 for 1255 appointment they told me I couldn’t see the vet because they cancel my appointment without notifying me there so unprofessional
