Took my 2 sons here last year when I needed schools physicals spent almost 7hours waiting to be seen. My husband decided to take my stepdaughter today since we short on money and they only charge $25 for a school physical. It’s been 4hrs and they’re still waiting. I told him cheap ain’t always worth it.

My appointment when relatively quick since I was here for a school sport physical for my child. Waited a little longer that I wanted but I totally understand that at this time everyone is short staffed. Frienfly staff and the doctor was very attentive and cordial.

This place is ridiculous. I get it's a walk-in clinic but you have one doctor so you're there for 3 hours. The nurses rush you out and don't even want to attempt a blood draw, they would rather just send you to a lab that you can't even get into. X-rays are done and clearly see that I have back problems but they don't want to do anything about it till you get your own labs. I SAID HOW BAD MY DEPRESSION IS GETTING AND HE'S DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT!!! Try to talk to the nurses and they walk away from you instead of answering. They have you come back 3 days in a row, who can afford that much copay in one week. When I try to explain to the old lady at the desk I already paid for the past 2 days and to please bill me for today she gave me an attitude and said that it needs to be paid now. She then cut me off, said goodbye and dismissed me. I'm just gonna look for another doctor... 2 weeks later and they still won't give me my results.

Dr. Wishik has been my primary doctor for many years (maybe 20?).They use appointments to schedule tests (especially if the technician running the test is there only on certain days).I think virtual visits with doctor are also scheduled by appointment. But seeing the doctor in person is ALWAYS first come, first served. And waits can be long, especially if late in the day. That is the main complaint of many people, but it is also the main advantage of coming to Dr. Wishik. I have never seen him idle, but he is very THOROUGH. He takes whatever time he needs to figure out each patient's problem, then moves on to the next patient. No rushing to spend 10 minutes or less with each patient.

I went in here as I was having some uncommon stomach pains followed by mild vomiting. I told them over the phone I was having stomach issues and they told me to come in. as soon as I started explaining what was going on to the front desk lady she got a whisper in her ear from the other lady behind the counter. She then proceeds to tell me "let me see if the Dr is seeing people with your type of issues". First of all, I'm at the walk in clinic isn't a doctor supposed to at least speak with you and understand what's going on? She then comes out and says "yeah he said he can't help you with that today". I don't have to say anything else. What kind of drs office is this. F*** you, Sarah

Went there for a pregnancy test and the lady immediately asked me how old I was and when I said 28 she was like oh you look so young….. okay? No one was in the parking lot and they said it would be a 20 min wait. After I waited about 15 mins I walked in and politely asked if I could make an appointment since I needed to get back to work and I thought it would be a quicker process. She proceeded to laugh at me and said that’s not how this works. OKAY THANKS. Never going here again.

Worth the wait time. Had a 2:00 PM got vitals and in the room around 2:30 after all test and seeing the doc I left around 5. Staff was friendly, doctor was knowledgeable and seemed genuine. He really dug into my issues more than any other physician I have seen in years. I almost walked away from my appointment due to their strict covid policies which I do not agree with but glad I did not. The facility is outdated, and it is a walk-in clinic so even if you book an appointment if someone arrived before you it will mean you will have to wait regardless. Overall I will return.

Doctor was knowledgeable but the fact that they won't see anyone in office who has a running nose even with multiple negative tests is ridiculous. They tell you to "wait for a call" that came 4 hours after my appointment that only lasted 10 minutes and charged me 125$ after insurance. Then another 75 for the paperwork that was for the original appointment that never even got done. Never would schedule an appointment even though I've expressed i work during their business hours and can't just pick up a call whenever. Front desk person is terrible as well. Would take payments without even opening up files to see what payments were for. Highly do not recommend. They also don't accept emails I had to fax them yes fax them my paper work as they wouldn't let me bring it to them either.

Physician care walk in clinic to me is top notch the doctor and staff care about you you’re not just a number sometimes the wait is a little bit long but it’s worth it. A big thank you to them for seeing things that I couldn’t.

Please be aware this office uses a retro version of book keeping and billing. They don't even use EMAIL... Literally, ask them.Although I paid over $500 cash the day of service, I received a statement 8 months later asking for more money. Although I did pay the remaining balance of $67, the level of professionalism is lacking in the accounting department. Not only did you NOT attempt to collect this in a timely manner, you send threatening letters about collections on a balance that I wasn't informed of. Not a phone call, email, or letter. Not sure how I even owe a balance, as your office didn't let me get service without paying every dime, day of.The front desk women, the staff, and the doctor are kind people yes, but I wouldn't necessarily say I highly recommend this place.

Waiting time is ridiculous....Not allowed to wait in waiting room must wait outside in car ..My son and I arrived only one patients waiting in front of us...We have been waiting two and a half hours.....Have not seen a doctor yet....My son has been in a room waiting over an hour just sitting there...I call into the office to ask a estimated time when he would done.....I was told he was next to be seen .. When asked about only having one other patient was told I could get my son and take him somewhere eles....Remember we had already waiting 2.5 and was supposed to the next one to be seen....So unless you don't have anything else planned that day,I would recommend you go to a different office....

I went in this Place today with post nasal drip, that is starting to drip into my chest. This time of year as well as spring i get post nasal drip if not careful i can aquire bronchitis or pneumonia..I was told that the "PHYSICIAN " was not accepting clients with those symptoms at this time..Not every illness is covid! And where are your ethics when supposedly a "PHYSICIAN" takes an oath to care for the human race.its unethical and ridiculous..If you want to be seen by a real doctor do yourself a favor and go see a REAL one..stay clear of this place..Also it is not clean. The star is only because it won't let me post without it.

Dr. Wishik is friendly and polite. They have a large waiting room. I needed a new primary doctor. There was a little bit of a wait to get in & between testing but they were very thorough. They can do on-site blood work so don't eat anything before you go. If you think you need blood work. They are also helpful with letting you know what lab to take your insurance.
