It was junkie and they want to give u very little gor ur stuff. I took a Coach purse in. I had only used it once my friend paid over three hundred for the Coach. Plato's Closet only wanted to give me $6.00 for my Coach. That was a slap in my friends face do, I took it back home n put it back in the closet. #smh!!.

Good evening this is for those curious minds who has brand new items or gently used clothing.this store has pros and cons as does any let me start out with the pros: Great friendly atmosphere seems like all the co worker's get alone and there constantly working. Place is very organized and smells good..however here comes the cons: 2 things I encourage anyone selling always ask for a breakdown if u feel the price offered is below value .they will provide u with each item offer price and if your not satisfied with that offer per item u can ask it be taken off .they offer 30% of what they would price it at in the store. Again Great place to bring things u no longer wear or have to much of just do your do diligence walk around look at the same or similar items and those prices

Injured my ankle recently. Thanks to that my feet are swollen up and no shoes fit. Came in to buy shoes.
As I'm trying to find a fitting pair a lady im assuming is the manager comes up to kick me out. She sees me and my husband looking at shoes so she knows I'm trying to buy some. But kicks me out for not already having some. Then accuses my husband of using a stolen card when he went to pay for the shoes he wanted.
I didn't notice at first but she had followed us around the store. I guess if you put a pair of shoes in the shopping carts they give you bc they're tied together and I'd need them to be cut apart to put them on I must be trying to steal them.
Apparently if you're injured, you and anyone with you are homeless thieves and get treated as such.
Highly disgusted by lack of basic sense. If I'm trying shoes on I'm obviously trying to find a fitting pair to buy š. Super disappointed because I was also gonna buy some clothes too but I'm not about to support being treated that way.

Donāt waste your time. Brought two bags of shoes, they made us wait 15 mins and then declined both bags. The plot twist is that they didnāt open either bag.

Ashlynn the store manager on Saturdays is wonderful! Super kind as well! She does a great job selecting all clothing you are wanting to sell! She also cares about the customers and that shows! Thanks again Ashlynn! š

The workers are rude and nasty and will ignore you and keep doing their jobs. Never coming coming here again. Manager is also rude and unaware of surroundings

Stood at the desk trying to checkout for 20 minutes and got ignored but a young dark skin guy and light skin girl. Employees are interested in talking to eachother more than doing their job.

So let me just preface with the fact that Iām not the type to write reviews, but this was a pretty frustrating experience.
I came into the store this weekend while the store had extended hours, and I got there just after 8pm. The guy (super kind and respectful) who checked me in said it would be about an hour, and that was what I figured. So I shopped around for a bit. Around 8:30 I checked the link just to see where in the process I was. It was still in sorting, that was fine I didnāt mind wandering a bit longer since it hadnāt even been 30 minutes. At 8:55 I saw my clothing bag was on the shelf with the buy receipt on it. I went to the register and asked if my buy might be done and the link just might not be updatedāand I was directed to a girl who only said ādid you receive a text yetā to which I replied āno not yetā and she didnāt hesitate in replying āthen itās not done yetā. I found that pretty rude considering Iām perfectly capable of reading the instructions, but thought okay fine maybe there is something that is still processing behind the scenes. Well, fast forward to 9:30 and the store is closing. I go to check out and let the guy(another guy, also nice) know that I still had a buy in process. He goes and grabs the bag, and very politely explained they had to pass on all of my items, etc. Again, he was warm and actually spoke to me like I was a customer. (ZH was on receipt if that was his logināso please make sure he gets kudos). And listen, I donāt care that they didnāt buy anything I was just stopping by with my leftovers from uptown cheapskate. Which by the way was and always isāa completely different experience. Iām not trying to be that guy, girl, whoever ābut they are prompt when items are done and they are all friendly and kind to their customers. All she had to do was say āusually you get a text, but let me checkā. Instead she wasted my time and truly her coworkers time, because they were trying to clean up the racks but I was āshoppingā until close. Maybe she was tired it was the end of the day, but I am always super mindful and kind in how I speak to people so I know I didnāt have an ounce of attitudeāso I didnāt deserve hers. Thatās all, hope this helps for future encounters, and for others in my position.
