I had a wonderful experience at PNC Bank thanks to Colleen! She was incredibly nice and helpful in setting up bank accounts for both my mother and me. Colleen explained everything clearly and smoothly, making the whole process easy to understand. Her positive attitude and friendly demeanour made it a truly pleasant experience. Thanks to Colleen, we’re very happy to be with PNC. Highly recommend!

Brandon blvd went through drive thru deposited a check to have been put in the wrong account. Customer service is terrible couldn’t fix had to wait til clears , I have never had issues with bankers but tellers obviously need some training.

They totally screwed me over. It cost me over a 100 points on my credit score. Nancy and her other teller admitted and saw online that it was PNC's fault and they basically said there was nothing they can do about it. Now my credit score is shot because of PNC. Now I have to go back and rebuild it myself even though they admitted it was their fault.

I had never been to a PNC bank until this week. We have had a long standing mortgage with them. I visited on Monday 1-13. When I entered the reception area the young lady was assisting another customer, I waited 9 minutes before anyone even acknowledged or spoke. Met with Michael who was very helpful, he got the info I needed.
Came back on Tuesday the 14th. While at the teller window and having our payment processed, everyone only spoke Spanish, except when talking directly to me. As a customer, that's rude, it's wonderful to have bi lingual employees but please show some respect.
It wont be a problem going forward I closed thee account and no longer have relationship with the bank.

It is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE that no one picks up the phone. Why? I have let it ring for over 10 minutes , called at different hours during the day, and nothing. No answering service, nothing. When someone has an emergency and they need to contact the bank as they cannot be there in person, this is ridiculous! Pick up the phone.

This is my go to location because it is always clean, the employees are helpful, and I can get in/out easily! Kudos to both Michael Kohn and Erika Torres as they went above and beyond to assist me--they truly are superstars! Keep it up!

This place is disgusting. There’s cockroaches everywhere in the bathrooms. The manager Kimberly B is very rude towards customers and staff. I will be closing my account today and recommend others do the same.
