Terrible customer service. Came here to cash a check THEY MADE and apparently they are unable to do it. This bank and your employees are trash.

went there without an appointment and really felt the botheredness of a person who hates their job AND being interrupted by her colleagues during lunch . Dealt with a lazy minded branch manager who did the very least she could do to help me as a small business owner and frankly as a grieving mother trying to enter back into the work force she is the type of energy that makes you want to go home and eat a bullet! Rude nasty condescending and quite frankly bothered by someone coming to the bank without an appointment! Gladly closing my individual account, PNC may be great but this branch manager should eat lunch at breakfast and carry a snicker

(LISTEN TO REVIEWS) service here is horrible. Went through the drive-through to simply deposit cash & they had me waiting 20 minutes while they helped out people that came in AFTER me. The lady at the drive throw had a rude attitude when I ask for my money back & treated me as if they were doing me a favor.

This bank is horrible I literally pulled up to the bank and watched the man lock the door. I get up to the door he looks at me and turns around i wait a few seconds he doesn't come back at this point its 6pm and the bank is closed I get in my car and go to the drivethu and the lady tells me oh we shut the computers down they can't help me @ 6:01pm I explained to her I just drove 45 minutes to get here she says something to the guy I watched lock the door and proceeds to tell me he didn't seem me so he locked the door and that they can't help me. ALL the staff walked out of the bank by 6:05pm I work at a bank and it takes more than one minute to do end of day task and knowing that I have driven 45 minutes to make it to this bank because it's the closest to me is horrible customer service I would NEVER do that to any of my customers or non customers because they are the reason I have a paycheck and because I pride myself of customers experience I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone especially if this is how you will treat your customers I see the bad reviews for this location and now have experienced the terrible sere others speak of...

The Brandon branch is the closest branch to me which is close to an hour drive. I need information about getting a new atm card made as mine was hacked. I called the number and was on hold multiple times and about 10 minutes on hold they would just hang up the phone. I really did not want to make an hour drive without knowing if I needed an appointment or if they were able to make me a new card. Very disappointing.

This bank has been great with their customer service and meeting our banking needs. Appointments are provided in a timely manner. The team works together to answer questions and provide support when needed. Joe was especially helpful in clarifying and providing accounts that work best for us. Grateful for this great bank.

We have been PNC customers for years, in several states, and have found the Brandon Florida branch to be one of the best.The customer service from the teller staff is always exceptional with their kindness and help with our banking needs.Setting up new accounts was done efficiently and with attention to every detail. Keila and Nancy were both helpful in completing everything we needed, and were very patient and supportive with the process.Highly recommend the team at PNC Brandon

PNC Bank is just awful. I am previously a BBVA customer and it has been an absolute nightmare switching. I've followed the instructions I received for the merger, waiting to reset my details, and nothing has worked. Three separate times now I have attempted to log in but the app and website do not recognize my information, ***that had already been verified with a PNC rep and through their automated system***, so I have to call in to unblock my account.Today, again I am not able to log in and my account is locked. The automated system specifically had an option that I was unable to log in to mobile banking and was transferring me for support. I explained my issue to the first rep which he then asked "so you are trying to reset your password to do what?". I responded "I would like to make a payment but am unable..." "let me get to someone that can help." and I was thrown back into the queue. I got a second rep and when she heard I needed assistance resetting my account to log back in, since it was locked, I was immediately thrown back into the queue. Over 23 minutes later, the call goes to disconnected line tone.What a waste of time. Lastly, I still have not received my PNC card to replace my BBVA one. Looks like this is a good thing. I will be paying my balance to PNC immediately and will no longer have to worry about not being able to log in. I will not be letting a balance sit and accrue interest to such a terrible institution.

I feel like I have to have an 8 00 plus score to get a credit card with my bank that I've been with for years. I received an invite for a credit card so I figured it's been a few years since I applied only to be told by the bank it's hard to get a credit card even for them and they work there but I figured since I got an invite maybe things have changed. Nope!! How is it that I can get a credit card from any other bank that I don't even bank with but I can't get one from my own bank. I am so disappointed with PNC

Service is underwhelming but they offer the lowest fees for treasury management services.Fee free wire transfers, $25 / month for them to supply a check reader, and a 10 PM remote deposit cutoff make me happy.
