Super fun store. This has all the collectibles and fun little accessories for almost every person's interests. Both my daughter and I had a ton of fun going through everything in here and showing each other what we liked. Great place to get ideas for gifts (and then come back later and buy the gifts).

POPCULT RELOCATED across from SPENCER'S!
The manager and staff are extremely helpful. They provide most knowledge regarding things in the store that one may require assistance with. They are all so welcoming, ready to assist you with anything that you might need. A lot of things DO get sold out fast so it's either get it while you're there or never get it at all. Its extremely unfortunate that they no longer sell swords. It was one of my favorite sections.

Selling fake stuff that is overpriced i got what i thought was a lububu it turned out it was fake and they did not say or show that there is a no refund policy never coming back

The shops are amazing as a anime fan they have everything I would want unfortunately I’m to broke but it’s awesome then the most amazing things are the demon slayers figures.the figures are great and they have very good details in all of them but they are so overpriced but I understand how hard it is with all the details

Only giving one star because of the employees. I think her name was Nicky she was wonderful! However for the prices they charge in this place you think they would take some time to clear out the ROACHES!

everything here is grossly overpriced, plus they have a no refunds policy (probably because of this) girl at the counter kept staring and casing me, made me feel very uncomfortable. the store itself is very dirty too especially the check out area. you'd be better off buying online.

Absolutely love this place they offer a wide variety of figures from alot of different anime series and the cherry on top are the staff who are rockstars they are very knowledgeable and social on all anime topics and figures they have available,

We stopped by Pop Cult looking for a certain backpack for my wife. Unfortunately they did not have the print she wanted. The store was clean and organized. She had no problems navigating her wheelchair.

This store does not have prices posted on any items and the items are all grossly overpriced. The staff did not point out there was a no refund policy upon checkout despite the large amount of money being spent. Within 5 minutes of leaving the store we checked the prices of the items else were and saw the discrepancy. We return to the store immediately to get a refund and we were refused. Only then did they point out the new refund sign which was not visible when standing at the register. Do not shop here.
