We needed a climate controlled unit very quickly due to a family emergency. The online reservation process was easy, a right-sized unit was available, and the price was great. When I was on property to check the unit and to ask several questions, Megan the property manager was friendly, professional, and very helpful! Positive experience. 😊

Checking in was clear cut and very well explained. My only complaint was that I should have waited until the 1st of the month to get the maximum benefit.

Oct'24: Good local service.
Terrible corporate practices. A few months after I moved in the rate was changed - an increase from $44 to $59/month. The old bait-and-switch, it would appear.
Nov'24: A sudden change of heart...they withheld the increase.
March '25: The jump from $44 to 59 is back, AND it's jumping again to $79/mo on May 1st. Another bait & switch. I’m out. I would rather deal with the hassle of moving my stuff than give $$$ to this company/franchise.

This location has some of the worst customer service ever. Both the new worker a gentleman with glasses and the lady in the past are not much help at all. There is rarely someone there so you have to set appointments and leave voicemails, which is odd because someone actually physically lives there in the unit behind the office. Not only that but the moment you miss your payment they automatically schedule your unit for auction. This is not a biased review because I currently still rent here for the time being, but please look for another location, pay the extra $20-$30 a month for a location that has actual help at the location present. Lastly, most of the units have no light so in the winter time when it’s dark early you will need a flashlight. There is a light in the unit but they refuse to put a new bulb because “ it’s a fire hazard”, which is not helpful. I hope this helps someone.

They ripped me off by charging me for a month after I closed the account the previous month. When I tried to find someone there to complain about the over payment they said since I tried to use my access code it is the company policy to charge me. I’ve been following up with them for over a month now and have not had resolution. The property manager Megan has been trying to assist. Her hands are tied. Her district manager Mandy Frye has not given me the courtesy of a returned call or email after leaving messages for her a few times. The corporate office supposedly escalated this for resolution but I learned that they did not. I called again today and they said they would escalate it. This is all because the moron that worked the counter the day I closed the account, took the lock I gave him from my unit and put it back on the storage unit, which made it appear that I still occupied the unit. I closed the account Dec 30th and was billed for $207 a few days later. Note that the main reason I closed the account was because they increased my monthly payment a few times during the short time I had the unit. Update: Megan called on 11 Feb to tell me her DM processed the refund. I’ll keep an eye out for it.
