This is my second unit I've rented at this facility. Went smaller this time, pricing was great. Had no issues getting in and out. Facilities are clean and well maintained.

Came to rent a unit, they opened exactly at 9:30 Stephen And Keith were very helpful very polite, I rented a 5 x 5 and thought it was too small for me so I transferred to a 10 x 10 I thought it would be long but transition went smooth. Keith was even as kind Enough to walk with me back to my unit because there were some bees hanging out and he made sure they were out. I rented here about 23 years ago when I first moved here and there even better now, The units were Available and very clean. I give public storage a 10 out of 10

Great experience thanks to Keith!
I recently rented an outdoor storage unit here in Brandon and had a small issue when I first arrived with a wasp that came thru the key hole. Absolutely no fault to the facility, it's just what it is with outside units but luckily it was business hrs so I spoke with Keith at the facility, and he immediately took care of it before I put stuff in the unit. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally he handled things! I had a long day of moving and was completely exhausted, so his help made a huge difference.
You can tell he genuinely cares about keeping the place well run and making sure customers are happy. What started as a frustrating moment thinking I'd have to deal with the wasp (I didnt have a broom/spray/etc) and add more things to my todo list during a big move ended up being a really positive experience thanks to him.
I haven’t been here long but so far I highly recommend this location

Never had a bad experience until today. Keith (the property manager) is rude disrespectful and doesn’t have customer service at all. When you try to ask questions or communicate he tells you that’s your problem not his. Mind you I never had a bad experience with any of the women who work there. All have been kind and respectful to customers and I was never behind on my bill for there to be an issue. Do not recommend dealing with Keith at all. Nasty character and completely unprofessional. Should not be a manager treating customers that way or be yelling at customers as when he called I had it private and my mom and brother could hear everything he was saying how loud he was.

If you’re looking for the BEST storage experience, skip everywhere else and come straight to Public Storage in Brandon! The facility is spotless, secure, and by far the cleanest I’ve ever seen. But the real highlight is Keith—he’s professional, friendly, hilarious, and goes above and beyond to make everything easy. Customer service like this is rare, and he made the entire experience a breeze. Highly recommend this location and a big shoutout to Keith for being absolutely awesome!
