Received several texts from Publix pharmacy at Lake Brandon Plaza stating my prescriptions are ready. When I called to ask which prescription, a woman named MADONNA was extremely rude stating there was no renewed prescription. She blamed a third party for sending texts. So, I am wondering who this 3rd party is and why they have my contact information and are using it erroneously. And why is Publix sharing private medical info with a 3rd party? MADONNA laughed at my questions, and when I asked for the pharmacist, she claimed she is the pharmacist. Turns out, she is just the Pharmacist’s assistant; not the pharmacist. She also laughed when I asked for the store manager and transferred me, instead, to customer service. This MADONNA should not be working with people if she cannot master answering questions appropriately without laughing about legitimate customer concerns.

I asked the customer service manager to whom I was transferred to give the message to the pharmacist and it's up to her what she wants to do with the info. Clearly, she condones this behavior because she has done nothing. What a fine bunch of employees. Well done Publix.

The man that checked me out here for the medicine asked me if I had insurance and I said no. Without saying anything he somehow got about $5 off the price I was expecting. Even though it’s just $5 it really made my day to feel like someone actually cared. I had just come crying from the doctor’s office where I had to spend a lot of money for sub par care. So to me that $5 made a big difference. Would definitely get medicine here again

I ordered 3 subs online to be picked up at 4pm. my husband arrarrives and nothing is ready he goes about his shopping comes back at 420 still nothing at 4:40 1 sub is ready when he asks about the other 2 he's told that they don't have the meats to make Italian or deluxe subs no one called I got no notice. publix employee mentions they called and got a business the have the right number they never called. deli meat department also has meats so unsure if what they meant is they have none cut and ready to use. what a waste of time and energy this frustration could have been prevented with a simple call to notify.

I have been shopping at this Publix for years and have always had nothing but a completely great experience until today. I was at the deli and attempted to get lunch meat by “Tracie”. During the madness my parents need toilet paper and they are disabled and can’t get it themselves. While I was shopping they had some in stock and I grabbed a packed for myself and for my parents. When it came time to check out they would not allow me to purchase both packs of toilet paper now I’m force to have to splits 6 rolls of toilet paper between me and my parents household.
