I’ve given this Publix so many chances and they are just completely disorganized at the deli counter. Online orders are late and they are EXTREMELY slow with sub orders and at the counter. There needs to either be more hands on deck or better training. Not the associates fault that better management is needed for them. The excuse they always say is “well we’re busy” which I get but every other Publix in town is just as busy but they are way more efficient. I’ll go to the other Publix 5 minutes down the road from now on

I'm only writing a review about an employee I met today at the deli, when I was getting my sub. He was a little slower at first (at least I was under the impression) but no this man Is methodical and takes his time to get you (as the customer) taken care of RIGHT.
So thanks Sam! You've been a great help man!
